Casa kabe is a small farmhouse in Muntiæ, a small village with just a couple of hundred inhabitants 9 km from the Roman Town of Pula, Istria.
It is surrounded by beautiful meadows and forests while the sea is only 10 kms (6,2 miles) away.
Casa kabe has two separate buildings. There are 3 apartments on the top floor of the house.
Casa skabe Lavanda is one of them.
While a large kitchen and dining area with a big traditional open fire is situated on the ground floor.
There is also three hundred years old cellar on the ground floor with its original stone walls and the swimming pool with the summer kitchen/BBQ area in the courtyard.

Surroundings: Porec lies at the west coast of Istria and offers multiple different beaches. The attractive historical centre of Porec, with its many restaurants and terraces are definitely worth visiting. The city Pula, with its rich history, and well known for its amphibian theatre, lies at approx. 65 km. Trips to the famous island Brijuni, a one day sail trip to the Lim-Fjord, a visit to the romantic city Rovini or an Istrian Tour are amongst the options and are certainly recommendable. An excursion to Venice by speed boat is also a real recommendation.The park: In a peaceful environment, approx. 2,5 km. from the centre of Porec, the luxurious Holiday park Laguna Bellevue lies, directly at the sea. The park lies against a sloping surface and therefore you will reach the various houses through different stairs cases with large steps. From the swimming pool you have a marvellous panoramic view at the park up to the sea.The accommodation: The total of 219 different accommodations are spread through tout the park, in terraced houses of a maximum of two floors. Therefore the studios and homes are situated on the ground floor or the 1st floor. The 3-pers. studio (HR-52440-01) as well as the 4-pers. home (HR-52440-02) are furnished in a tasteful, modern and luxurious way. The studios have access to a terrace with balcony and the homes have a covered balcony (loggia type) with garden furniture. Due to the progressive location, you will have from some of the accommodations a view at the sea from your balcony. You can bring your own barbeque.

The park: This very large family park (76 ha., of which 50 ha. is green area) is situated 13 km. from the centre of Porec and directly on the sea. The park consists of 756 apartments and villa\'s of various sorts and sizes. Accommodation: the apartments are located throughout various properties on the ground, first or second floor. All apartments have a have a patio or a balcony with garden furniture. The 6-7 persons apartment (HR-51000-03) is spread over two floors. The HR-51000-05 is only located on the ground floor. Many of the apartments have been renovated (types HR-51000-04 and HR-51000-05) the other apartments although of a good standard are less modern. The almost new villa\'s are situated in a closed part of the park and consist of accommodation on the ground or first floor. As resident of a villa you have the use of a communal swimming pool with sun beds, each morning you have a daily newspaper of your choice! you have a patio or a balcony with garden furniture. It is possible to request your preference regarding location and floor at the time of booking. Childs cot, highchair and playpen 2,50 per item per day. The extra sofa bed in the HR-51000-02, HR-51000-03 and HR-51000-05 will be placed in one of the existing rooms.

Pula is the centre of the peninsula Istria. The stretched-out beaches and the clear blue water make you imagine your self in paradise. In front of the coast the famous island Brioni lies, which has been the home town of Tito, up to his death. You can visit this island, which now is a national park. Several animal- and bird species are to be found here. Also excursions to Venice (reachable by speed boat) or one of the nice towns of Istria, where you get to know the real traditions of this land, are definitely worth visiting. The Park; Holiday park Punta Verudela is a spaciously set up park with a total of 448 accommodations, with numerous facilities. It lies at only 200 m. from the sea and only 1.5 km. from the centre of Pula. The accommodations; All accommodations are situated in joint houses which are spread throughout the park. Each house covers a maximum of three floors. Therefore the houses can be on the ground floor, 1st floor or 2nd floor. The studios (HR-52100-06) and houses (HR-52100-07) are simple but of a good standard furnished and contain a balcony/terrace with garden furniture.

This very large park (70 ha)is situated directly on the sea, 3.5 km from the town of Umag in the tourist area of Katoro. The park offers 686 apartments of varying sizes. The park is densely wooded and car-free. All properties are situated within a 400m radius of the beach. The beach is gently sloping and very suitable for children.
The various types of accommodation lay spread throughout the park in houses containing 8 properties. The houses are two storeys high. The accommodation may be on the ground or 1st floor and all have their own garden or balcony and garden furniture. The accommodation is of a good standard. The small apartment complex of Ai Pini is located at no more than 1 km from the centre of Medulin and is virtually directly at the sea. It disposes of 62 apartments that are scattered over the terrain in semi-detached buildings of max. two floors high.
All the apartments are carefully furnished and dispose of a balcony. There are plenty of facilities on the terrain, so you won\'t be bored for a minute. A lovely accommodation in a beautiful area with plenty of possibilities for excursions nearby. Pula is about 15 km away.
