Casa Oliva is an old Istrian stone villa from 1920, which was beautifully restored in 2004. The villa is equipped with all the comfort and can be well combined with villa Casa Peronospora (HR-52470-11).
The villa is peaceful situated in the town Juricani. Ten minutes walk from the house is a small shop where local farmers sell their traditional products like wine, olive oil, fresh vegetables and fruit and bread.
You will also have a complete BBQ, which is done by the house owner with all the local specialities.
Within approx. 7 km you will find the sea and the town Umag. Umag have everthing to offer for a varied holiday!

Casa Peronospora is an attractive old house. It was restored in 2004. It is built in Istrian style and pleasantly furnished. The house can be rented together with Casa Oliva, HR-52470-01. This creates space for a maximum of 9 people or 2 families. The house has an extra kitchen outdoors so you can enjoy meals outside. The village shops are only a 10 minute walk away. There you can buy the local farmers produce. This includes wine, olive oil, fresh fruit, vegetables, bread and more.

The town is rich in history and culture. There is a large selection of restaurants, bars and small shops. Casa Bassi was built in 1907 and restored in 2007. Its traditional architectural style has been maintained. The wooden beams and varied brick walls give the house a special atmosphere. It is an excellent combination of tradition, comfort and luxury. There is a bedroom on the first floor with bunk beds. It is suitable for children up to a maximum of 10 years old. This beautiful villa lies on a large privat ground in the little village of Rakovci.
The furniture of the villa is very cosy, especially the kitchen is very suitable to sit and talk with friends and family.
The bedroom on the first floor with it\'s own terrace, offers a nice view over the sea. This room also has an own bathroom.
The villa disposes over a large private swimmingpool, so you don\'t have to go to the sea for a swim.
Just 7 kilometres away from the house is the beautiful Lim Fjord, where steep green mountains move over into the blue water. In the brackish water live many different sorts of fish, which you can also taste in of the many restaurants alongside the fjord.
The town of Porec is only 12 km away from the villa. Porec is a large city with many shops and restaurants.

The house is only one and a half kilometre away from the big city of Buzet, a city in the north of Istria and just a few kilometres from the border with Slovenia. Buzet is widely known as \"the City of Truffels\", beacause large amounts of truffles are found in the forests near the city. These white truffles are, according to some people, as good as the most famous white truffels which are found in Italy.
