The park: This very large family park (76 ha., of which 50 ha. is green area) is situated 13 km. from the centre of Porec and directly on the sea. The park consists of 756 apartments and villa\'s of various sorts and sizes. Accommodation: the apartments are located throughout various properties on the ground, first or second floor. All apartments have a have a patio or a balcony with garden furniture. The 6-7 persons apartment (HR-51000-03) is spread over two floors. The HR-51000-05 is only located on the ground floor. Many of the apartments have been renovated (types HR-51000-04 and HR-51000-05) the other apartments although of a good standard are less modern. The almost new villa\'s are situated in a closed part of the park and consist of accommodation on the ground or first floor. As resident of a villa you have the use of a communal swimming pool with sun beds, each morning you have a daily newspaper of your choice! you have a patio or a balcony with garden furniture. It is possible to request your preference regarding location and floor at the time of booking. Childs cot, highchair and playpen 2,50 per item per day. the extra sleeping spaces in properties HR-51000-02,HR-51000-03 and HR-51000-05 are placed in one of the existing rooms.

The Park: The 16 ha. park is located on an island peninsular, so directly on the sea approx 3 km. From Pula. Along with the almost new mobile homes, the park has 719 camping places. Accommodation: The mobile homes are set in a separate area of the park in the middle of Mediterranean gardens. They are almost new and therefore, well equipped, comfortable and furnished in a modern style. All mobile homes have their own terrace with sea view. Pets (max 1) are allowed but must be mentioned at the time of booking. Pets( max 10 kg) 70 per week

Porec is situated at the west coast of Istria en offers several different beaches. The cosy, historical centre of Porec, with its many restaurants and terraces are certainly worth visiting. The city Pula, with its rich history, known for its amphibian theatre, lies at approx. 65 km. Excursions to the famous island Brijuni, a 1-day sail trip to the Lim-Fjord, a visit to the romantic town Rovinj or an Istrian-Tour belong to the possibilities and are highly recommendable. An excursion to Venice by speed boat is also a real recommendation. The park: This very large family park ( 76 ha, of which 50 ha. green) lies at 13 km. from the centre of Porec and straight at the sea. At the park there are 756 apartments and villas in various kinds and measures. Accommodation: The apartments are situated in different houses on the ground floor, 1st or 2nd floor. All apartments have a balcony or terrace with garden furniture at ones deposal. The 6-7 pers. apartments (HR-51000-03) and 6-pers. apartments (HR-00000-02) are spread over two floors. The HR-51000-05 is exclusively situated on the ground floor. Recently a large part of the apartment have been renovated (types (HR-51000-04, HR-51000-05 and HR-00000-02). All though the remaining apartments are of a good standard, but they have a less modern character. The practically new villas (HR-51000-06) are situated on a confined part of the park and covers the ground floor or the 1st floor. As a resident of a villa you have the availability to a communal open air swimming pool with lounge chairs and you will receive a newspaper of your choice each morning! A terrace or balcony with garden furniture is at your diposal. For all accommodations you can enter your preferences concerning the location qua floor. A pet is not allowed in the HR-51000-06.

The park: This large park lies directly at the sea, approx. 10 km. from the Umag centre. Kanegra has several beaches. It is a woody park with many possibilities for the young and the old. A park of the park consists of a nudist camp site with accompanying beach. Accommodation: The attractive looking, renovated buildings on the park consist of terraced bungalows and are max. two floor high. The 4-pers. variant (HR-52470-04) lies on the ground floor or the 1st floor. The 5-pers. variant (HR-52470-05) and the 6-pers. variant (HR-52470-06) are situated on the ground floor and consist of two floors. Each bungalow has access to its own balcony or terrace with garden furniture. They are of a good standard and cosily furnished and reachable through a stairs due to the location against an incline.

Casa kabe is a small farmhouse in Muntiæ, a small village with just a couple of hundred inhabitants 9 km from the Roman Town of Pula, Istria.
It is surrounded by beautiful meadows and forests while the sea is only 10 kms (6,2 miles) away.
Casa kabe has two separate buildings. There are 3 apartments on the top floor of the house, while a large kitchen and dining area with a big traditional open fire is situated on the ground floor.
This is rented out as one house for 6 persons.
There is also three hundred years old cellar on the ground floor with its original stone walls and the swimming pool with the summer kitchen/BBQ area in the courtyard.

Casa Ana is a beautiful villa in the centre of the small village of Divsici. About 10 minutes drive from the old town of Vodnjan. The interesting old Roman village Pula lies at about 13 km from the villa. Pula is well known of it\'s Amphetheatre, the city of Pula is also organising many activities.
Villa Casa Ana is well furnished in traditional style and oak beams used for the construction give it a very special atmosphere.
In the garden is a charming covered BBQ, ideal for outdoor meals during the day or in the evening. The villa also have a private swimming pool with a few Mediterranean trees around.

The Park: This very large park is situated directly on the sea, 3 km from the attractive town of Rovinj, in wooded grounds. The park offers 527 properties and a hotel. As the park is car-free it is extremely suitable for children. Accommodation: The various sorts of accommodation are spread over the park and all have their wn terrace or balcony wth garden furniture. They have all been completely renovated in 2000 and are therefore, modern and fully equipped as well as attractively furnished. Childs cot 35 per week, please request at time of booking. This delightful property is located in the picturesque village Vlasici near Krsan and we highly recommend this property to people who love a peaceful holiday. Green and green everywhere. Town of Labin ( 10 kms) is near and well known for its restaurants, coffe shops, hipermarket and rich cultural events in summer time. An easy 15 km drive brings you to the beautiful beaches in Rabac. Village shops is 1,5 kms away, but there is a possibility of buying local products from the farmers (fresh eggs, wine, olive oil) Large private swimming pool 7m x 4m is located in the garden with traditional Istria stone fire place.
