The other part is a studio with a small kitchen and dining area. There is a bedroom and bathroom with shower and toilet. Casa Hedera has a walled garden. Restaurants, bars and small shops are within walking distance.

These spacious villas are some of the most beautiful on the Croatian coast. They were built in 2007. The villas have spacious, modern interiors. They are comfortable, luxurious and full of atmosphere. Everything is provided for an enjoyable, relaxing holiday. The villas are spread around the park. Shade is provided by the park\'s many pine trees. You can choose between a six-person villa, HR-52470-15 ( suitable for four adults and two children until 12 years old), or a four-person villa, HR-52470-16 (suitable for two adults and two children until 12 years old). Both types have air-conditioning, a spacious terrace with excellent garden furniture, sun loungers and an unenclosed garden. These are wonderful accommodations for lovers of sun, sea, beach and luxury.

This delightful property is located in the picturesque village Vlasici near Krsan and we highly recommend this property to people who love a peaceful holiday. Green and green everywhere. Town of Labin ( 10 kms) is near and well known for its restaurants, coffe shops, hipermarket and rich cultural events in summer time. An easy 15 km drive brings you to the beautiful beaches in Rabac. Village shops is 1,5 kms away, but there is a possibility of buying local products from the farmers (fresh eggs, wine, olive oil) Large private swimming pool 7m x 4m is located in the garden with traditional Istria stone fire place.

This comfortable en totally renovated stone house is quietly located in the little village of Srnegla which is in the north of Istria. The house has 3 bedrooms, each with en-suite bathroom, through which 6 people can comfortably stay here. One bedroom is located in a studio right next to the house. The house has a nice garden with private pool, where you can take a fresh dive during hot days.
The house is only one and a half kilometre away from the big city of Buzet, a city in the north of Istria and just a few kilometres from the border with Slovenia. Buzet is widely known as \"the City of Truffels\", beacause large amounts of truffles are found in the forests near the city. These white truffles are, according to some people, as good as the most famous white truffels which are found in Italy. Casa Skabe is a small farmhouse in Muntic, a small village with just a couple of hundred inhabitants and about 9 km from the Roman Town of Pula, Istria. It is surrounded by beautiful meadows and forests while the sea is only 10 kms (6,2 miles) away. Casa Skabe has two separate buildings, the owner lives in one of these buildings. There are 3 apartments for 2 persons each on the top floor of the house. This all is rented out as one house for 6 persons. There is also a three hundred years old cellar with its original stone walls and the swimming pool in the courtyard.
Particularities:
The owner is a very good cook and is happy to prepare a very nice meal for you (against payment). Really recommendable! The house is modernly furnished and has a lot of facilities which will make you feel at home. Because of the panoramic windows of the house, you can excellently enyoy the beautiful view. The centre of Rovinjsko Selo, where you can find different bars and restaurants, is within reasonable walking distance from the house.

Casa Terra Rossa, a splendid villa with swimming pool, is located in the village of Mekisi, at only 12 km from the sea, and surrounded by olive trees and vineyards. This elegantly and specially furnished villa is divided into two units. The old hay loft on the ground floor has made way for a cosy living room with a fireplace. The kitchen with dining area and the bathroom are also located here. On the first floor, there are two bedrooms and a second bathroom.
The second unit can be reached via a stone staircase: here, you will find the second living room with a fireplace, a big kitchen and a dining area. On the second floor, you will find a bathroom and two more bedrooms, one of which has its own bathroom.

The fabulous detached villa \"Fleghi\" (200 m) is situated near the village of Motovun at approximately 20 km from the sea.
The villa is built on a condemned ruin whose stones were used to build the new house. This certainly gives it an authentic style and unusual modern architectural aspects. The old hand carved natural stone is combined with glas and steel stairs, which brings a fabulous light atmosphere.
One inside wall is completely built from natural stone and the rest is modern.
There is a large terrace in front of the house from where you have a fantastic view on the valley. There is also a swimming pool in the terrace and there is a roof which allows you to sit in the shade if you want to.
