Villa Yara is a big and modern holiday home located in the little village of Rovinjsko Selo. The house has a big garden with private pool of 1.50 metres deep. The house is modernly furnished and has a lot of facilities which will make you feel at home. Because of the panoramic windows of the house, you can excellently enyoy the beautiful view. The centre of Rovinjsko Selo, where you can find different bars and restaurants, is within reasonable walking distance from the house.
The city of Rovinj is at a distance of 7 km from the house. This historical city is popular by tourists. The harbour with its narrow streets where you can find numerous bars, restaurants and shops, is therefore visited a lot.

The beautiful landscaped gardens and the private pool, make this house the perfect place to have a pleasant holiday in Istria! The house is beautifully situated near the small village of Mofardini. The view from the terrace is also magnificent!
The nearby village of Sveti Lovrec has all the basic amenities such as a grocery shop and a post office.
You will find a wide range of shops, restaurants and actvities just after a short car drive in the towns Vrsar, Porec and Rovinj.

Casa Terra Rossa, a splendid villa with swimming pool, is located in the village of Mekisi, at only 12 km from the sea, and surrounded by olive trees and vineyards. This elegantly and specially furnished villa is divided into two units. The old hay loft on the ground floor has made way for a cosy living room with a fireplace. The kitchen with dining area and the bathroom are also located here. On the first floor, there are two bedrooms and a second bathroom.
The second unit can be reached via a stone staircase: here, you will find the second living room with a fireplace, a big kitchen and a dining area. On the second floor, you will find a bathroom and two more bedrooms, one of which has its own bathroom.

Because of the difference in level inside and outside of the villa, this villa is not as suitable for little children.

This magnificent villa is located at the edge of the small village of Strpacici, at 2 km from the town of Visnjan. In Visnjan, you will find shops, pubs and restaurants. The nearest beaches are close to the famous Istrian coastal town of Porec, at a mere 12 km from the villa. Porec is a beautiful town, with gothic architecture and roman details, luxurious restaurants, pubs, art galleries and beautiful shops. Casa Tamaris has been renovated in traditional style, and the owners opted for the conservation of the old bricks and beams. This villa offers you a great deal of luxury and comfort. Apart from a swimming pool, the large garden also has a roofed terrace, where you can have a lovely barbeque.

This nice house is situated on a large property on a hill, near the small village of Peroj. The house is perfect for those who want to escape the big city and the stress from every day life.
In the beautiful green garden, you will find the nice swimming pool (8x4m) next to the olive grove. The view from the pool is magnificent: you can look over the hills and even see the town of Groznjan. This all, together with the smell of the sea, makes it the ideal place to have a peaceful and relaxing holday!
Because of the sillence, this holiday house seems to be a bit isolated, but the opposite is true. From your holiday house you can easily visit some nice cities. Within reasonable driving distance, you can find cities as Novigrad, Porec en Umag. Because of the new road you can also easily reach popular cities as Rovinj and Pula.

The fabulous detached villa \"Fleghi\" (200 m²) is situated near the village of Motovun at approximately 20 km from the sea.
The villa is built on a condemned ruin whose stones were used to build the new house. This certainly gives it an authentic style and unusual modern architectural aspects. The old hand carved natural stone is combined with glas and steel stairs, which brings a fabulous light atmosphere.
One inside wall is completely built from natural stone and the rest is modern.
There is a large terrace in front of the house from where you have a fantastic view on the valley. There is also a swimming pool in the terrace and there is a roof which allows you to sit in the shade if you want to.
This house also benefits from 3 bathrooms and a media room.

Villa Stancija Mamu is located on a fantastic domain with a wonderful view. This splendid villa makes you feel, as if you were staying in a former farmhouse. In the garden, you can find a salt water swimming pool and an outdoor kitchen with barbeque, as well as a pétanque area and a stone table. Inside the house, there is a large living room with high ceilings and a spacious kitchen, equipped with all luxury. The kitchen has a fire place. Villa Stancija Mamu enjoys a perfect location, at only 15 minutes by car from the attractive coastal town of Rovinj, where you can also visit the beach.

The bedrooms and the bathrooms on the first floor are passing through rooms (you have to access the second bedroom and the common bathroom through the first bedroom) The bedrooms and the bathroom on the second floor partly have a slanting ceiling.

Casa Dina is a magnificent villa in the village Pinezici. Besides this villa you will find a few other houses in this village. This is village where you can enjoy peace.
This villa has it\'s own privat swimming pool, there are standig a few Mediterranean trees around the pool.
All the rooms in the villa are decorated very well.
There is a possibility to buy local products from the farmers such as fresh eggs, wine and olive oil.
Casa Dina is a very nice villa to spend you holiday with friends and familiy.

This accommodation composes of two parts, a main building and a guesthouse. The main building has, amongst other things, a bar, a wine cellar, a home cinema set, a library, air conditioning and four bedrooms, each of which with their own bathroom. The guesthouse is located in the garden, and has its own kitchenette, living room, bedroom and air conditioning. In the enclosed garden, you will find a swimming pool with reclining chairs and there is a roofed terrace with an outdoor kitchen, including a barbeque.

San Galo is a newly renovated Istrian house with 15000m2 of land and has lovely views of Labin and Rabac. The charming town of Labin is only 2 km away and well known for its fine seafood restaurants and rich cultural life including summer time concerts and festivals of jazz and classical music. The property is split into two separate parts, an upper and a lower level.
The upper level is reached via outside steps.
The living area opens into a largeoutdoor terrace with beautiful views. Outside is a swimming pool and covered BBQ area with traditional Istria stone fire place.
