This nearly new luxury villa lays in Selce, 41km. South of Rijeka. Selce is known for its special climate, known by people with asthma and rheumatism. The sociable centre of Selce, with many restaurants, cosy cafes and sport facilities is 400m. from the accommodation. The sea is at only 350m. The positioning alone is a wonderful destination and then we didn\'t talk about the villa yet. It is very modern and luxurious and finished with beautiful detail. It entails several apartments of different sizes. On the first floor is a 4 person apartment. It is modern and comfortably decorated. You can use 2 bathrooms, satellite tv and aircon. From the spacious terrace (approx 15 m2) with garden furniture, you have a spectacular view of the sea. Besides the apartment you can also use the joint space on the ground floor with several sitting- and dining areas and satellite tv. In the basement is a fitness room which you can use for free. With the villa is a garden with garden furniture and a barbeque which you and other guests from the other apartment can use. Novi Vinodolski is a popular touristic resort in the Kvarner region. It is situated against a mountain incline, through which it has a wonderful view at the Krk island. Novi Vinodolski (translated it means: new wine valley) has as most important source of income, the tourism and the wood industry, there are still several vineyards but since the 2nd half of the 20th century, those are almost completely gone. The core of the area lies between the cultural heritage with the Roman ramparts \"Lopsica\", the remains of the \"Paulin-Mönche\" monastery and the Frankopaner fortress with accompanying tower. In short, plenty of seeing sights. The region is also known for mountain biking, several beautiful courses have been set out. And of course you can also nicely amuse yourself on the beach and practice various water sports here.
House Marija is situated at the edge of Novi Vinodolski in a quiet street. You are 300 m. away from the beach by foot. The holiday property lies on the 1st floor, from the balcony you will have a splendid view at the sea and the island Krk. The spacious house is neatly and of a good standard furnished.

And we even havent mentioned the villa itself yet. This one is very modern and luxurious and decorated with beautiful details. It offers accommodation to a number of apartments in various sizes. A 2-4 pers. (HR-51266-02) and a 4-6 pers. (HR-51266-01) lies on the 1st floor. The interior is modern, of a good standard and comfortable. As a result of which you will have two bathrooms, color TV (satellite) and air conditioning. Both apartments have a terrace with garden furniture from where you will have a breath taking view at the sea. The terrace of the 4-6 pers. apartment is deliciously spacious. Besides the apartment, you can also use the shared area on the ground floor with several sitting- and dining areas and color TV (satellite). There is a genuine fitness area in the basement and a barbeque which you can jointly use with the holiday guests from the other apartments.
