This completely new, rebuilt resort is really something special and is located directly at the sea, at only a few kilometres from the centre of Novi Vinodolski. The apartments are located in various small buildings with a maximum of four floors and they all dispose of an elevator. It is a luxurious and well kept resort, where you can completely unwind. For adults (persons over 16 years old), you are offered a basic wellness package, which includes free use of a part of the biggest wellness complexes of this area of Europe (9.400 m2). You can use the indoor swimming pools, the basic Spa-zone with Finnish sauna, the gym and relaxation space. In addition, you can use the outdoor swimming pool, the kid?s world and the reclining chairs at the swimming pool. You dispose of one parking spot in the parking garage. In short, a wonderful luxurious park where you can completely unwind!
The various sorts of accommodation lie in buildings spread throughout this luxurious and clearly laid out park. The HR-51250-05 and HR-51250-06 are located on the ground or 1st floor. The HR-51250-07 is situated on the ground, 1st or 2nd floor. the most luxurious type, the (HR-51250-08) are only found on the 1st floor. the apartments are all of a high standard and they are luxuriously furnished, well equipped and modern. The deluxe type has as an extra element, two plasma TV\'s and a barbeque on the terrace. All apartments have their own balcony or terrace with garden furniture, where you have beautiful views of the sea and Krk island.

The Park: This park is peacefully situated, directly on the sea. It lies just 1 km from the Paklenica national park and 0.8 km. From the town centre. The park was completely renovated in 2004, whereby it is pretty much new. The park is situated in a woodland area with olive and fig trees. Outside the separate lower part housing the apartments is a hotel and a campsite. The first bus stop is 100m away. Accommodation: The apartments are situated around the swimming pool, in a low level part of the building( lift available). the accommodation is modern and well equipped. there are two balconies with garden furniture, partly covered and partly with sea view.
