Delightful countryside house with swimming pool (\"Dante\", semi-detached property measuring 95 m2, on 2 floors with loft), just 10 minutes by car from the centre of Lucca, nestled in the hills. The building, which includes this and another holiday home, dates back to 1200 and has undergone total restoration work, with respect for the original style and building materials. Furnishings are traditional and authentic (wooden beams, marble, chimney) but there is no shortage of modern fixtures and fittings.
Outside guests may make use of the garden, terrace and above-ground panoramic pool (9 x 4.8 x 1m). The surrounding hillside estate (2000 m2) is planted with olive groves. Wonderful views are afforded over the countryside and town.
Places of interest in the surrounding area are: Lucca 10 km, the Tuscan coast (Versilia, and Viareggio) 30 km and Pisa 40 km. It is also possible to reach the Ligurian Riviera, (Cinqueterre).

The holiday homes are colourful and comfortably furnished. There is an attractive garden, a communal swimming pool and a terrace where you can relax in the Tuscan sun. Youll find shops, restaurants and other facilities in the town centre which is 1000 metres away. The apartments are on the ground floor with their own small terrace, or on the first floor with good views of the estate and garden. The apartments vary in size and interior décor. They are conveniently positioned in a relatively quiet area. The friendly landlady is happy to advise you about good restaurants and places of interest. Other services are available on request such as babysitting, bicycles, catering and discounts to beaches with sun loungers. There are lots of interesting places to visit in the region. Apartment Medioevo is in the palace and enjoys a delightful view of the square. The apartment is full of atmosphere and can be rented with Torre San Gimignano, the tower above. The medieval city is at an altitude of 330 metres and is surrounded by vineyards and olive groves. Parking is available outside the city centre and within walking distance of the apartment. Information about the pools: as residence guests, you will be granted a free access to the olympic pool of the \"residence\" part of the complex, open from 02/05 until the 26/09 (this pool is the rectangular one, visible on the pictures). The second pool (the half-moon shaped one, also visible on the pictures) is the golf members\' pool and is generally not available for the non-members residence guests.
From the 13/06 until the 12/09, a shuttle-bus is available for the guests to go and come from the private beach of the complex (one beach umbrella and two sunloungers per apartment are available on the spot).
Small pets admitted for 30 Eur extra charge. Pets are not admitted in public rooms, areas and beach. Please contact us if you want to come with a pet.

Details: The apartments are on the 1st and 2nd floors. On the 3rd floor there are duplex apartments covering 2 levels of living space, the kitchen and living room with a small balcony is on the upper level. Indicate your preference when booking.
