This small, (80m2) Tuscan villa is located in proximity to the village of Frassini, on the border with the Montagnola Senese. It is constructed in stone and antique brick and has undergone recent renovation work.
Furnishings are in good taste and create the ambiance of a tradition Tuscan home, while still suited to the style of a rural Tuscan villa.
The property is located in a striking panoramic position, immersed in greenery and the perfect place for a relaxing and peaceful holiday. The surrounding land (600m2, and fully lit at night) is entirely fenced in and is home to many special nut trees. The entire property is exclusively reserved for guests.
A pleasant, covered terrace-veranda is a further advantage.
The position to the south east of Siena (Km 30 away) makes it the perfect base for visiting interesting places, starting with the nearby San Galgano Abbey, San Giminiano, Volterra, Florence and even the Tyrrhenian coast.
Logs may be purchased for ? 15 per 100 kilograms.

This apartment belongs to a renovated casale (7 accommodations) and is situated close to Riparbella, in the green hills of the province Pisa, yet not too far from the Tuscan coast. Lovely, neatly furnished, equipped with a comfortable balcony with a splendid view and communal Jacuzzi. There are further various activities (massages, yoga courses, various Buddha and spiritual activities). Easy to visit in the surrounding are: the Tuscany cost (approx. 15km), Volterra (25 km), San Gimignano (48 km).
Your apartment can be a little bit different to that on the photos: each apartment is different, yet the style is the same.

This apartment (60m2, first floor) is located in a typically Tuscan agriturismo in the area of Vinci. The agriturismo (6 different apartments in total) also offers a cosy garden with barbecue and a swimming pool, with a view of the hilly landscape.
Vinci is, of course, also the birthplace of Leonardo da Vinci, so you can visit the house where he was born as well as the Leonardo Museum in the castle. The magical landscape is still like Leonardos paintings and is very much worthy of them.
This holiday house is also perfectly situated for visiting the famed cities of Florence (Firenze), Pistoia, and Pisa or, a bit further away, Lucca and Siena and the area beyond.

This is an attractive apartment in the Tuscan hills, near Empoli and approximately 30 km from Florence. The apartment forms part of an elegant villa with an Italian style garden and used to be the residence of Tuscan nobility. The spacious apartment (approx. 70m2) is on the first floor and has been tastefully furnished in typical Tuscan style. It is in the village of Montelupo Fiorentino which is well known for its ceramics. There is a large swimming pool which is shared with the other apartments in the villa. There are parasols and sun loungers. The villa is on the historic road that leads to beautiful Florence so you have easy access to the city as it is only 30 km away. There you can enjoy the Uffizi Museum, the Ponte Vecchio Bridge, the Boboli Gardens and many works of Michelangelo. You can also explore other parts of beautiful Tuscany, such as Montecatini Terme, famous for its thermal springs (approx. 45 min by car) and San Gimignano with its many towers (approx. 1 hour drive). Or you can just sit back and enjoy the Tuscan landscape and the sun.

There are beautiful historical villages in the environment. Even a day to the sea is part of the options which lies only 25 km. away. Oh yes, and then deliciously enjoy the local wines with a home cooked meal in the evening at the sunset on your own private terrace. A childrens bed can be added at request.

It is equipped with its own garden and 2km from the typical village Casoli (where you will also find several shops). Ideal for peace and nature lovers, but for a beach holiday as well. In the surrounding you can find the following places easily: Camaiore within 5 km, Viareggio (beaches) 14 km, Lucca 33 km, Pisa within 38 km.
The town and the house are on a height of approx. 500m. The parking area within 50m from the accommodation.

The Rosini family restaurated this tuscan \"agriturisomo\" , situated in a quiet place, not far fromCastiglion Fiorentino. The building harbours a rich past: in the 16th century it belonged to the monks of S. Benedetto; now, it has been divided into 5 appartments. The owners produce and sell several organic products (among others olive oil) . Guests will enjoy a magnificent view on the hills while relaxing in the pool(10 x 8 m) but can also go for an excursion (by foot, bike or horse) possibly with a professional local guide.It is actually an ideal base to discover the region of Tuscany : Castiglion Fiorentino at 8km, Cortona at18 km, Arezzo at 20 km.
Heating with wood (11 Euro/100kg) and gas (cost after use).
