The guests can enjoy among others a cosy garden terrace with a view over the swimming. In the closely situated estate, wine and olive oil are produced. Ideal to visit the interesting: San Miniato 18 km distance, Pisa 40 km, San Gimignano 40 km, Florence 59 km, the coast (and the beaches) within 39 km.
- Upon request: the house owner can arrange a typical Tuscan meal for you (price to be agreed upon).
- It is also possible to taste and purchase wine and olive oil. You will also have the opportunity of seeing how the wine and olive oil are produced (to be arranged with the owner).

This ancient farmhouse is situated in the heart of Chianti, along the panoramic road that connects Gaiole in Chianti to Siena. The house in on the top of a small hill surrounded by vineyards and olive groves. The owners live at the first floor and they produce organic wine and olive oil. They will be very happy to offer you a glass of their wine and explain you everything about the working process! This apartment is the only one in the property that is let for rent, you will therefore experience a special hospitality! The swimming pool is quite a private one, as you are the only guests! The location of the farm is in easy reach of the historical cities of Siena (35Km), Firenze (50Km), and Arezzo (55Km). It is also interesting to visit the numerous castles of the area: Meleto, Spaltenna, Abbazia di Coltibuono and the ruins of the Montegrossi Castle.

A lovely modern furnished apartment in a holiday house (ex-farm) close to Montebenichi, in the Chianti area, in Tuscany. The house is located between the olive trees, with a splendid view over the Tuscan hills and the communal swimming pool (6x11m). Montebenichi is easily reachable by foot.
Ideally situated for a peaceful stay, but also to visit the beautiful surrounding (Siena 31km, Arezzo 36km, Trasimeno lake 60km). It is possible to buy wine, olive oil and other typical Tuscan products.

This apartment (60m2, ground floor to reach by some stairs) is located in a typically Tuscan agriturismo in the area of Vinci. The agriturismo (6 different apartments in total) also offers a cosy garden with barbecue and a swimming pool, with a view of the hilly landscape.
Vinci is, of course, also the birthplace of Leonardo da Vinci, so you can visit the house where he was born as well as the Leonardo Museum in the castle. The magical landscape is still like Leonardos paintings and is very much worthy of them.
This holiday house is also perfectly situated for visiting the famed cities of Florence (Firenze), Pistoia, and Pisa or, a bit further away, Lucca and Siena and the area beyond.

The residence consists of various apartments furnished in traditional rustic Tuscan style with ‘Cotto’ floors and wooden beams. The holiday house is an 18th-century stone building (105 m2) and nestled on a hill, with three floors on one side and two on the other; therefore at the ground floor there is another room (with independent entrance) which is used for a laundry (with washingmachine etc.). The holiday house is fully furnished with all new or antique pieces (Tuscan pieces from the 18th and 19th centuries). From the patio, you can go to the private garden (approximately 100 square meters), where there are a table, chairs, sun-umbrella, and BBQ.
These holiday house is situated in a small mountain village called Pascoso (county of Pescaglia,province of Lucca, Tuscany, Italy), in the Apuane Park, 700m above sea level. Pascoso has just 100 inhabitants (and 2 restaurants and 1 general store), and is so small with such narrow stone roads that cars enter town along a short strip in the main road only. Nearly all the houses in the town are built in stone, including their rooftops, and the smooth stones in the streets were laid hundreds of year ago. Pascoso is a hiker\'s paradise; however it is not far from the \"cities of arts\" of Tuscany: Lucca, Pisa, Florence and Siena are 30, 48, 96 and 144 km far; moreover Viareggio and Forte dei Marmi, among the most famous Italian beaches, are 48 km far (including 24 on the highway).
