You will be able to explore them at your ease during your stay: palaces, squares, typical markets and narrow antique streets, the capital of Tuscany will hold no more secrets for you! The city\'s major tourist attractions are close to the apartment: the Uffizi museum, Signoria Square and Ponte Vecchio bridge are about 250 metres away, and Duomo Square about 300 metres away. Finally, if you want to take advantage of your stay to go off exploring Tuscany but don\'t want to take your car, you can easily catch a train from Santa Maria di Novella station.

The owners live on the first floor. The house is surrounded by one hectare of grounds on different levels. There are 120 olive, oak and fruit trees. The house is at the end of a 100 metre, unmade sandy road. The apartment is furnished in a Tuscan style. You\'ll find a riding school which organises tours through the hills just a few kilometres away. There is an attractive gazebo in the garden with lighting and a BBQ. The historic centre of San Gimignano is listed as a UNESCO world heritage site. There is a square in the middle of the city with one of the highest private towers. It is forty-eight metres high. The tower has ten small floors and 160 steps. The terrace at the top of the tower enjoys a superb view of the city. The apartment\'s interior blends antique charm with modern furniture. The apartment is unsuitable for children because of the open stairs. All floors consist of walk-through rooms. The holiday home is on the first and second floor and is very neatly furnished. There is a shared garden with garden furniture. There is an erected swimming pool in the garden which children will love.
The seaside is 40 km away. You can explore the mountains and visit Lucca and other famous cities in the region. You can also enjoy a relaxing day in the well known spa resort of Bagni di Lucca. You can also enjoy pleasant day trips to the Cinque Terre and the historic City of Lucca. The house has an entrance on street level. There is a balcony at the back of the house. The spacious apartments, entirely furnished in a modern and comfortable way, boast a balcony on the first floor or patio on the ground floor.
Information about the pools: as residence guests, you will be granted a free access to the olympic pool of the \"residence\" part of the complex, open from 02/05 until the 26/09 (this pool is the rectangular one, visible on the pictures). The second pool (the half-moon shaped one, also visible on the pictures) is the golf members\' pool and is generally not available for the non-members residence guests.
From the 13/06 until the 12/09, a shuttle-bus is available for the guests to go and come from the private beach of the complex (one beach umbrella and two sunloungers per apartment are available on the spot).
Small pets admitted for 30 Eur extra charge. Pets are not admitted in public rooms, areas and beach. Please contact us if you want to come with a pet.

But also Siena (90m), Grosseto (15km) and Castiglione della Pescaia are definitely worth a visit. At 50 km, you can visit the famous thermal baths of \"Saturnia\". This holiday home is in a quiet position, nestling in the Lucca hills. It is in Casoli, a small village 7 km from Camaiore. The home is attached and is 80m2. It is spread over 3 floors. It is near the Tuscan coast in a hilly, almost mountainous area.
You can enjoy a superb view of the north Tuscan hills from the private balcony. The balcony is 12 m2. The holiday home is simple, comfortable and well furnished. You can enjoy peace and quiet here. It is also a good base for discovering the region. The sea and the beautiful beaches of Lido di Camaiore and Viareggio are just 15 km away.
Historic Lucca is 26 km away and many places of interest such as Pisa and Florence are not far. Liguria and Cingueterre lie to the north. The village of Casoli is quiet and car free. There are shops 100m away and a restaurant 3km away.
After parking the car, the holiday home is reached by a 100m long staircase or you can reach it using the footpath, without steps, which is 150 m long.

An apartment in a haven of peace, between the Chianti valley and the River Arno, perfect for a relaxing holiday. The apartment makes up part of an estate composed of three holiday properties. The 15,000 m estate (accessible by guests) and the apartments courtyard with gazebo provide a certain level of privacy. The property is located in a central position with regards the most important Tuscan cities of art (Florence, Arezzo and Siena), reachable by car in 40 minutes.
The estate includes a farm producing organic olive oil and a wonderful Chianti Classico wine bottled exclusively by the owners for guests. In the town of Cavriglia you will find all the necessary services (shops, bars, banks, post office, pharmacy) while at the bottom of the valley, you will find train connections to Florence, Arezzo, Cortona, Perugia and Rome as well as the Florence-Rome motorway.

This 14th century tower is in picturesque Bibbona, an Etruscan village which looks as if time has stood still. You can see the original architectural details in many buildings and houses. There is a great air of tranquillity in the village. The tower is very well placed and you enjoy a splendid view of the Tuscan landscape.
The holiday home of the owner is on the ground floor. There are 2 apartments, IT-57020-19 and IT-57020-20, on the first and second floor. Both apartments are spacious and have been furnished by the daughter of an antiques dealer. They have plenty of atmosphere. The holiday home on the 1st floor has a small balcony with garden furniture. The apartment on the 2nd floor has an extra seating area, surrounded by windows which offer spectacular views. The sea is 8 km away. Florence, Siena, Pisa and Lucca are highly recommended. A stay in the tower in Bibbona is a unique experience. You can enjoy a wonderful combination of culture, beaches and sheer tranquillity. All three apartments are in a car-free hamlet and cars may not be parked at the apartment.
