The holiday home is located in Suvereto old town and was built from the cloisters of a former church. This very light three-room apartment is situated on the third floor. From the living room guests will benefit from wonderful views over the roof tops of the old town. Suvereto clings to the hillside overlooking the sea and the \"Costa degli Etruschi\". Livorno province, with its olive tree-covered hills is renowned for its wines, olive oils and other local produce used in ancient Tuscan and Maremma cuisine. This is already a favoured holiday location for many tourists who come for a quiet break with many opportunities for cultural excursions and amusement.
The location makes a great base for visiting several seaside resorts including San Vincenzo (just 15 km away), the Baratti Gulf (the former home of the ancient Etruscan people) and Calidario, just 9 km away, for relaxing swimming and thermal baths. From Piombino, (just 25 km away), you may catch a boat to Elba Island or other islands in the Tuscan archipelago.

A lovely modern furnished apartment in a holiday house (ex-farm) close to Montebenichi, in the Chianti area, in Tuscany. The house is located between the olive trees, with a splendid view over the Tuscan hills and the communal swimming pool (6x11m). Montebenichi is easily reachable by foot.
Ideally situated for a peaceful stay, but also to visit the beautiful surrounding (Siena 31km, Arezzo 36km, Trasimeno lake 60km). It is possible to buy wine, olive oil and other typical Tuscan products.

Charming and well kept holiday home, (ground floor, 80 m²) newly built in period style - traditional, wooden beamed ceilings and Tuscan terracotta tiles. It is nestled in the breathtaking Tuscan hills and surrounded by 30,000 meters of entirely walled-in land. Some of the grounds are planted with olive trees and in October and November you can gather the olives and follow the pressing process. From the opposite plain, you can see the well known Montecatini Terme; at night this resembles a nativity scene, illuminated with coloured lights. There is an outside area equipped with oven, barbecue and private swimming pool (10 x 5 m) which means you can enjoy alfresco dining next to the warmth of the fire.
In close proximity you will find countless restaurants and traditional pizzerias. Many amenities are to be found just 5 km away in Montecatini Terme: bars, nightclubs, shops, spas, etc.
The house is also in an ideal base from which you can visit Florence, Pistoia, Lucca and Pisa.
