Bagni di Lucca is a picturesque village with a pleasant village square, many cosy restaurants, art galleries and all necessary facilities. From the communal garden of Villa Talenti, you have a spectacular view over the valley and the river Lima. The garden has been provided with comfortable garden furniture, a barbeque and a cosy eating corner under the gazebo. Even though the home enjoys a calm location, most historical cities, such as Lucca (28km.), Pisa (50km.) and Florence (95km.) are at short driving distance. Also the rugged mountains of the Apennine Mountains, the National Parks and the Mediterranean Sea (40km.) are within a short drive away. The spacious home is located on the ground floor and has been cosily furnished, while maintaining its Tuscan characteristics. The owner of the villa can help you organize cultural, adventurous and sporty excursions. The communal pool is at 5 minutes walking distance. Beautiful holiday home ( ground floor) which is part of an agriturismo in the province of Grosseto in Tuscany. The holiday home is tastefully decorated and is surrounded by a domain of 40 ha. The farm also produces (and sells) its own wine and olive oil. Within walking distance you will find the river Orcia. The central location of the holiday home allows you to visit the nearby beautiful villages Montalcino, Sant\'Antimo, Pienza, San Gimignano - known for its beautiful towers - and S. Quirico d\'Orcia. And after a 30 minutes\' drive you can enjoy the thermal springs of Petriolo, and 40 minutes away those of Bagno Vignoni. If you love the mountains, Castel del Piano is 15 minutes away and the mountain top of Monte Amiata at 30 km. And you could also choose to discover the road of the chestnuts or the Montecucco wine. If you love art and culture.... the city of Grosseto (35 km), Siena (50km) and Florence (110km). And the sea is 50km away in Marina di Grosseto.

You need to drive carefully and avoid potholes. The farm rears two types of pigs, the Cinta Senese and Grigio del Casentino. There are also goats. The farm produces fresh goats milk, jam, fresh and mature goats cheese, salami and other foods. The farm also produces wine and olive oil. They are all for sale at the farmhouse. The lady owner is an excellent cook. She will, on request, take great pleasure in preparing a dinner for guests, using her own produce. The building harbours a rich past: in the 16th century it belonged to the monks of S. Benedetto; now, it has been divided into 5 appartments. The owners produce and sell several organic products (among others olive oil) . Guests will enjoy a magnificent view on the hills while relaxing in the pool but can also go for an excursion (by foot, bike or horse) possibly with a professional local guide.It is actually an ideal base to discover the region of Tuscany : Castiglion Fiorentino at 8km, Cortona at18 km, Arezzo at 20 km.

Tenuta di Capocontro is an ancient hamlet. It is in the heart of the green Tuscan hills, surrounded by woods and olive trees. The hamlet is 550 metres above sea level and a few kilometres from the town of Civitella in Val de Chiana. It has a farm, an old mill, a small church and some rustic houses and stables. The main part of the hamlet was built in the Middle Ages. There are 250 hectares of land around the hamlet and 80 km of walking paths. Tenuta di Capocontro produces wine and olive oil. It is the perfect place to enjoy the Tuscan landscape. You can also relax by the swimming pool. Five houses, IT-52040-13 and IT-52040-14, have been converted into guest accommodations. Each house has a private terrace. The swimming pool is for shared use. The houses are furnished in a rustic Tuscan style. There are a number of shops in the same street as the apartment, and it is served by several bus routes (useful for getting to the train station, for example).
