A magnificent location for visiting the most interesting tourist sites: Pisa 2 km away, Lucca, Florence, Sienna. The Marina di Pisa beach is 9 km away You will also find some very beautiful sandy beaches in Tirrenia or Vecchiano.
This beautiful property with a large shared garden is a true paradise for horses (the owners\' horses are not available). You can bring your horse: there are a ring, stables and private paddocks. A quiet location in the country from which you can enjoy some wonderful outings: \"San Rossore\" Natural Park is just a few hundred metres away!
There are two apartments on the ground floor, one of which is rarely inhabited and the other, never in summer.

The complex consists of ‘La Villa’ (IT-54028-02), a detached house and ‘La Terrazza’ (IT-54028-01) which is an apartment on the first floor. It is in the hills on the border of Tuscany and Liguria. It lies amidst vineyards, woods and fruit trees. This is sheer paradise for people who love tranquillity and beautiful scenery. Many attractive castles and medieval villages have survived in the surrounding area and are well worth visiting. The ‘Cinque Terre’ and the sea are a stone’s throw away. The owner produces and sells his own red and white wines.

The \"Calanchi\" apartment is on the first floor and features an attic space measuring 55 m2. The entrance is one the first floor with a terracotta external staircase. There is a covered balcony where a small table can be placed, overlooking the garden area and swimming pool. The special feature of this apartment is that all windows offer exceptional views over the \"Calanchi\", high crests and clay cliffs totally lacking in vegetation and typical to this hilly area, whose name is derived from the natural phenomenon. This apartment is not suitable for small children due to the attic space.

This Agriturismo lies 30 km. North-west of Volterra. In the heart of Toscana, surrounded by the magnificent hills and situated between Florence and Arezzo you will find the village Peccioli. Peccioli has all the characteristics Toscane is famous for, such as the hills with the beautiful cypresses. Here you can take long walks and enjoy the beautiful nature to the fullest. There are also several mountain bike tracks. The region is well known for its Masaccio, Rossillino and Ghirlandaio opera. At only 2,5 km. distance the places Fabbrica and La Sterza lies, which together with Peccioli offer a medieval radiation. The Agriturismo also has a communal outdoor swimming pool, barbeque and garden furniture with parasols and lounge beds. There are various holiday houses (IT-56037-01, IT-56037-02, IT-56037-03 and IT-56037-04). From this destination are many day trips to organize to a.o. Sorano (6 km.), Orvieto (55 km.), Rome and Firenze (150 km.). The Bolsena lake is also easy accessible at only 25 km. on where several water sports can be practiced. You apartment is situated on the ground floor and first floor and have its own terrace on where it is lovely to stay with your family and enjoy the home cooked meal and a delicious local wine.
