The two cottages are on a large Tuscan estate. The erstwhile farmhouses have been completely renovated. They are in a quiet area and are comfortably furnished. The area is 620 metres above sea level. You can enjoy the enclosed garden with its shared swimming pool. The garden has a wonderful view of the surrounding hills. The beautiful, hilly landscape stretches in every direction. The houses are close to the Parco Nazionale delle Foreste Casentinesi. The park is ideal for hiking, mountain biking, bird watching and more. The village of Dicomano is 10 minutes away by car. You can visit the lively resorts of Forte dei Marmi, Viarregio, Camaiore and more. You\'ll find all necessary shops and facilities in the vicinity. The holiday accommodations are functionally furnished and on one of the floors of the house. The apartment is ideal for a sun and sea holiday. It\'s also perfectly positioned for exploring this delightful region. The historic city of Lucca is forty minutes away by car. Pisa is forty-five minutes away by car, Cinqueterre in Liguria is one hour\'s drive and the magnificent city of Florence is seventy-five minutes. For golf lovers the Versilia Golf Club is six kilometres away. The holiday accommodation has a delightful balcony.

This holiday home lies between the ancient city of Lucca and the beautiful Tuscan coast. The holiday home is attached and is in Casoli, a small village seven kilometres from the town of Camaiore. It is not far from the Tuscan coast and is in a hilly, almost mountainous area.
You can admire the north Tuscan hills from the house. The holiday home is quiet, colourful and attractively furnished. It is perfectly positioned for discovering this wonderful region. You\'ll find beautiful beaches and an azure sea just fifteen kilometres away. The historic city of Lucca is only 26 kilometres away. You can also visit Lido di Camaiore, Viareggio and many other places of interest including Pisa and Florence. You\'ll find Liguria and Cinque Terre to the north, they are both well worth a visit.
The village of Casoli is only 200 metres away. It has a few shops and a quiet car free zone. You\'ll find a restaurant four kilometres away.

Le Fontanacce is a typical Tuscan farmhouse which offers the La Palma, Il Corbezzolo and \'Mimosa\' apartments. It lies at the entrance of the Apennines in one of the most beautiful areas of the Valdinievole, in the province of Pistoia. Both apartments have been completely restored. They radiate a rustic feel and are equipped with every modern convenience. There is an attractive salt water swimming pool (without chlorine) and a bath with hydro massage which requires payment. Breakfast and dinner are available on request. This offers a taste of local Tuscan dishes and delicacies.
There is a breathtaking view of the valley with its hills and forests from the farmhouse terrace. There are ten surviving medieval villages with castles in the nearby hills.
These are well worth a visit and have not yet been discovered by mass tourism.

Near Camaiore, at approximately 20 minutes by car from the coast of Tuscany, this apartment is located in a stately home (first floor). The apartment is part of a monumental building. This apartment is also spacious and benefits from a large communal garden with beautiful views on the hilly inland of the \"Versilia\".
It is an ideal base to go to the beaches. Viareggio (famous for its beaches and Carnival) is 20km away, Lucca 18km, Pisa 35 km. Also the beautiful city Firenze (Florence) you can find at 80km.
Attention: After you parked your car, you have to take the stairs (soil) to the area where the house is located and after taking some more stairs you arrive at the house.

Pescatore is a detached villa, located not too far from the owner\'s villa, 5 km. from Castiglioncello, in a park of 44 ha. with typical Tuscan vegetation including olive trees and pine tree forest. To access the good standard, attractively furnished accommodation villa you need to follow a foot path 150 m. through the forest. The roof of the villa has been rebuilt to accommodate you with a panoramic sun terrace! Completely enclosed garden and terrace with garden furniture. When you go trough a small gardenfence, you will find a little beach which consists mostly of rocks and pebbles.
