This apartment (60m2, ground floor to reach by some stairs) is located in a typically Tuscan agriturismo in the area of Vinci. The agriturismo (6 different apartments in total) also offers a cosy garden with barbecue and a swimming pool, with a view of the hilly landscape.
Vinci is, of course, also the birthplace of Leonardo da Vinci, so you can visit the house where he was born as well as the Leonardo Museum in the castle. The magical landscape is still like Leonardos paintings and is very much worthy of them.
This holiday house is also perfectly situated for visiting the famed cities of Florence (Firenze), Pistoia, and Pisa or, a bit further away, Lucca and Siena and the area beyond.

La Scheggia is a small medieval borgo. It consists of a large farmhouse with seven apartments and three homes. The borgo is surrounded by a large garden. There is a football field, a ping pong table and a shared swimming pool. Great care was taken during the restoration of the borgo to preserve the wonderful rustic atmosphere. The wooden beams and terracotta floor tiles are simply gorgeous. The apartments have typical rustic furniture. La Scheggia is at an altitude of 600 metres and between the regions of Tuscany and Umbria. It is very quiet and enjoys breathtaking views. The nights are wonderfully cool in summer. There are many excellent walking paths in the surrounding hills and woods. You will also find some ancient castles. Attractive countryside property, in the charming village of Alica. The holiday home is situated close to the old chapel, just below the castle, a stones throw from the top of the hill. The house is decorated in a cosy and traditional way, with some pieces of typical Tuscan furniture.
From the garden, guests will enjoy panoramic views over the Valdera hills, in particular the towns of Santo Pietro Belvedere, Capannoli and Peccioli; with a background of hills all the way to Volterra.
Make the most of the pool, in its peaceful and discreet location; just a few metres from the house and allow yourself to be swayed by the gentle breeze, while reclining on the panoramic terrace and enjoying the garden areas.
This is a perfect base for visiting the rest of Tuscany.

| CANONICA DI ALICA, ALICA DI PALAIA Sleeping up to 8 people

This is a historic holiday home with real atmosphere between Pisa and Florence, in the town of Palaia. The house (on two floors) dates from 1200 and has been completely restored in a unique way, with the splendid frescoes from 1600 being preserved. The house is above street level and was built above an archaeological excavation site (with remains from the pre-Roman, Etruscan period).
Enjoy the truly old Tuscan style in this house. Due to the dominant position above the town, you will also have a vast panoramic view over Palaia and the typically Tuscan area. You will have a spacious, private terrace at your disposal (30 m) situated against the fortresss old walls. There is a great deal of space both inside and outside. You can use the swimming pool, the garden area and the other facilities of an agritourism building 200 m away (belonging to the same owner).
Wine and olive oil are produced in the country estate next door, also belonging to the owner. You can thus try and purchase wine and olive oil as well as watch how the wine and olive oil are produced (to be arranged with the owner).
The holiday home is also ideally located for exploring the interesting surrounding area: San Miniato 18 km away, Pisa 40 km away, San Gimignano 40 km away, Florence 59 km away, and the coast and beaches 39 km away.
The friendly owners are always ready to give you a few tips about the area, local restaurants, etc.
Note: You may only use your car to drop off luggage at the house, as the street does not continue past the house and is quite narrow. You can, however, easily reach your holiday home from the car park 100 m away.

Cortona Centro is a delightful villa. It is in the centre of Cortona and has a spacious garden. The villa consists of three floors and is one of the oldest houses in the city. It has stylish Tuscan furniture. There is an original fireplace from 1300 in the hall. Cortona is an Etruscan city and was very powerful in the middle ages. There is an impressive city wall with towers and gates. The city is on the border between Tuscany and Umbria. It enjoys a good view of the Chiani Valley with the extinct Monte Amiata volcano in the background. The keeper organises, upon request, a number of activities. These include a cookery workshop, a wine tour to Montepulciano and Montalcino, an olive oil tour and a visit to an island in Lake Trasimeno accompanied by a delicious fish lunch. |  | | Click photos for details |  |

Villa Angela was built in 1950. The villa is an unusual design and in the middle of a peaceful garden. It is 3 km from the Etruscan city of Cortona. There is a private swimming pool and a spacious garden with garden furniture. The villa is far from busy traffic and other noise. It is ideal for a quiet holiday in the Tuscan landscape with plenty of privacy. The house has three floors and is in the hills among the olive trees of the DEsse Valley. The furnishings are rustic and charming. There is a delightful 12th century church near the villa which is open to visitors. The Archi Holiday Home is in the beautiful medieval town of Pitigliano. The houses in Pitigliano are constructed on and of the famous Tuff Stone. The houses seem to be stacked upon each other and carved from the steep Tuff Stone walls. The town is on a spilt plateau, connected on one side to the adjoining hills. The small streets and stepped passages create a wonderfully medieval, romantic atmosphere. The accommodation is full of atmosphere and has a terrace and a delightful view. There is free parking to the north of the town, a 10 minute walk away, or to the south down 140 steps. To pick up the keys from the caretaker, we recommend parking at the Piazza della Repubblica. The ancient hamlet of Camporsevoli has Etruscan origins. It nestles in an unspoilt country area near the city of Cetona and the Umbria and Lazio regions. The hamlet is at an altitude of 600 metres. Casa Valentina is one of Camporsevolis farmhouses. It has been completely renovated. The farmhouse is furnished in a rustic style and has every modern comfort. The main entrance is an original stone staircase at the side of the house leading to the first floor. The swimming pool is a short 500 metre walk along a small path of beautiful cypresses. The swimming pool is shared with the Italian-American owners who only visit for holidays and weekends. You\'ll find some small shops 800 metres away and the village of Santa Mama is just two kilometres away. The villa\'s furnishing is very comfortable and pleasant. The villa is ideally placed for day trips to the \'Tuff towns\' of Pitigliano and Sorano. The town of Pitigliano is situated on a steep \'tuff\' rock, 313 metres above sea level. You can visit the Saturnia Thermal Springs, the national parks, Lake Bolsano, the historic Etruscan excavations, the attractive Monte Amiata Coast and the Orica Valley.

Spacious apartment in a casala (country house), situated in the hills of Valdarno Inferiore (close to Florence). Around the house is a big bush with a little lake and at the house a swimming pool. Not too far from the house, you will find Montecatini Terme (15 km), with its famous spa.
The house is ideal in the heart of northern Tuscany, very suitable to pay a visit to San Miniato (14 km), Lucca (27 km), Florence (45 km) and Pisa (49 km). The Tuscany coast lies within 53 km (Viareggio).
The owner lives on the ground floor. There are two other holiday homes on the same domaine.

Old but renovated farm house situated in the centre of a completely enclosed property of 2.5 hectares rich in woods and fruit and olive trees. Dominant and peaceful position, even if a busy road passes by at some distance in the valley below. The house is surrounded by a naturally terraced garden with a sunny fenced-off pool, shower and barbecue. Access via a dirt track (850m) not suitable for low vehicles. Country style furnishings, large living-dining room (characterized by an original vaulted ceiling in terracotta) with fireplace. Spacious bedrooms. Central heating. The other part of the house is unoccupied.

Lovely Tuscany \"agriturismo\" close to Castiglion Fiorentino. The building has a rich history (it was in the XVI century property of the monks of S. Benedetto). Now it is a cosy (has 4 apartments, connected via a communicating door with each other), peaceful situated, where the owners are still producing and selling biological products (among others olive oil. For the guests there is a panoramic view over the hills, a swimming, and many possibilities (by foot, with the bicycle or the) it is also possible with an experienced local guide. Furthermore, it is an ideal starting point to discover: Castiglion Fiorentino within 8 km, Cortona within 18 km, Arezzo within 20 km. This accommodation is kind of remote, thus suitable for those looking for. Entrance over mountain roads of which the last 8km is unpaved. Heating with wood (11 Euro/100kg) and gas (cost after use).
