The farmhouse complex is on a country estate of 6.5 hectares and produces wine, olives and olive oil. The town of Lamporecchio is 1.5 km away. Youll find shops, restaurants, ice-cream parlours and a supermarket there. There are five apartments and the owners accommodation in the old house. Charming holiday house in a rural setting located on a small estate 3 km from the medieval village of Chiusdino in the province of Siena in Tuscany. This free standing typically Tuscan villa is built of natural stone and old bricks and has been completely renovated. This rustic villa is tastefully furnished in a typical Tuscan style. The villa has its own grounds (600 m2) with an orchard with nut trees which is completely enclosed, making it ideal for house pets. The house has a pleasant veranda with lounge chairs and a large terrace where you can enjoy dining al fresco. From the terrace, a few steps lead to an outbuilding with a masonry barbeque and a sink. The terrace is lighted at night. The villa is located to the southeast of the city of Siena (30 km away) and is ideal for day trips to the nearby Abbazia di San Galgano or the towns of San Gimigniano, Volterra, Castello di Montereggioni and naturally the city of Florence. Podere La Casina situated in the hills of the superb Chianti area between olive- and wine orchards and many century old villages. The 6 apartments are part of an old restored farm house which has been transformed in to an holiday destination. The owners of the farmhouse complex do not live in the grounds but they are often around. The farm produces sunflower oil, olive oil, wine, vinegar, grappa and limoncello. The location of the farm house makes it possible to undertake many nice day trips to this with a lot of history surrounded area and cities such as Firenze, Pisa, Lucca and Pisoia. A trip to the sea is also among the possibilities which lies at approx. 50 km. distance. There is a communal swimming pool on the parcel in where it is lovely to lounge about while your children frolic about in the garden. This apartment ( first floor) is located in a typically Tuscan agriturismo in the area of Vinci. The agriturismo (6 different apartments in total) also offers a cosy garden with barbecue and a swimming pool, with a view of the hilly landscape.
Vinci is, of course, also the birthplace of Leonardo da Vinci, so you can visit the house where he was born as well as the Leonardo Museum in the castle. The magical landscape is still like Leonardos paintings and is very much worthy of them.

In addition to its historic heritage, Lucca is a town that is famous for its antiques market (the 3rd Sunday in the month), its classical music concerts - Puccini originally came from Lucca - and its \"Lucca Comics\" comic book festival.

The Il Trebbio farmhouse complex is 500 metres above sea level. The complex consists of 5 apartments, IT-52010-11, IT-52010-14 and IT-52010-15. Each apartment has its own terrace with garden furniture. The vistas of the surrounding area are superb. The area is perfect for walking. The road to the apartments is unmade. You need to drive carefully and avoid potholes. The farm rears two types of pigs, the Cinta Senese and Grigio del Casentino. There are also goats. The farm produces fresh goats milk, jam, fresh and mature goats cheese, salami and other foods. The farm also produces wine and olive oil. They are all for sale at the farmhouse. The lady owner is an excellent cook. She will, on request, take great pleasure in preparing a dinner for guests, using her own produce. You can enjoy attractive day trips to the monasteries and castles in the area and to the city of Arezzo.

The owners agricultural business is twelve kilometres from the complex. You can buy excellent olive oil and salami there. The agritourism complex is in a spacious garden with a swimming pool. There is a covered, wood-fired, pizza oven next to the apartments. The Mimosa apartment is on the ground floor. Ippocastano is on the first floor and has an external staircase. The apartment enjoys a beautiful view over the market, an Art nouveau building unique in Florence. Due to its position close to the second-hand book stalls, the apartment is quiet.
Its location will enable you to tour the city on foot easily. Major tourist sites like Duomo Square, the Medici chapels and the Uffizi Museum are about 5-10 minutes walk away.
You will find typical restaurants and cafés in the square itself, but if you want to prepare a snack yourself, you will find everything you need in the market which supplies innumerable types of fruit and fresh vegetables, dairy products and Tuscan specialities.
Parking: there is a paying car park in the market. You can reach it without having to go through the \"ZTL\" zones (zones subject to a congestion charge in the historic centre of Florence). Check before your departure.

With its beautiful view of the walk along the walls and its location right in the heart of Lucca, this apartment will plunge you directly into the town\'s atmosphere!
Access to the apartment is via a shared balcony that runs along the façade of the house. Extremely bright, the 80 m apartment provides wonderful living space. The owners have furnished it in traditional style, while adding a few typical touches - such is the case with the pictures that are a reminder of the operas of Giacomo Puccini, an artist who is a symbol of Lucca.
You can reach the walls and the walk along them right round the town in just a few minutes on foot. This is an extremely pleasant place to walk and explore both the town as seen from above and its numerous antique remains.
The shops, restaurants and cafés are less than 5 minutes walk away.

The Rosini family restaurated this tuscan \"agriturisomo\" , situated in a quiet place, not far fromCastiglion Fiorentino. The building harbours a rich past: in the 16th century it belonged to the monks of S. Benedetto; now, it has been divided into 5 appartments. The owners produce and sell several organic products (among others olive oil) . Guests will enjoy a magnificent view on the hills while relaxing in the pool(10 x 8 m) but can also go for an excursion (by foot, bike or horse) possibly with a professional local guide.It is actually an ideal base to discover the region of Tuscany : Castiglion Fiorentino at 8km, Cortona at18 km, Arezzo at 20 km.
