This large, traditional country house is in the hills near Montegiove Castle. The town of Montegabbione is not far. The house is around 470 metres above sea level and is in the Province of Terni. The country house has two guest apartments. The owner lives in the house with his three dogs and three cats. Grounds of one hectare with olive, fig and apple trees surround the house. It is 700 metres from the main road. The apartments have recently been renovated and have antique terracotta tiles and wood beamed ceilings. The patio terrace is entered from the kitchen. The terrace has a barbecue, table and chairs. The owner is happy to prepare dinner using local ingredients on request. The surrounding area is perfect for exhilarating walks. Beautiful Lake Trasimeno is thirty-five kilometres away. This beautiful farmhouse complex is 2 km from Paciano and on the border of Umbria and Tuscany. It is 700m above sea-level. The farmhouse is in the middle of the Monte Pausillo National Park. The old farm has been completely renovated. It now consists of a number of attractive apartments (IT-06060-18, IT-06060-27, IT-06060-28, IT-06060-29). There is a lovely swimming pool with wonderful views of the hills. The farm also has a small childrens playground and a 3 km training circuit with gym equipment. There are horses on the farm and it produces wine and olive oil.
