Very panoramic and peaceful situated farm house which has been turned into an holiday destination. Ideal location for those who wants something completely different with the family and enjoy with each other the rest and the overwhelming Umbrian landscape with its many friendly and historical villages which are all at close range. The farm house has been furnished in such a way that the living section lies on the first floor. On the ground floor the owner has furnished a large storage room and washing area. In the garden of 8000 m², which is completely fenced, are many vegetations and your children can nicely frolic about or you can enjoy the overwhelming peace and view on a lounge chair.
The little house of the owner also lies on the terrain but he is only present in case the farm house or the garden needs maintenance.
The surroundings offer you all options in order to make interesting and pleasant day trips to historical locations such as Perugia, Assisi, Orvieto and Todi. The Lago Trasimeno is also on a short driving distance.

A restored and cosy apartment (90m2, 2nd fl.) in an old monumental building in Umbrie, close to Gualdo Cattaneo. For the guests: a communal space (with fresco\'s and trompe l\'oeil), a garden with swimming pool (14 x 7 x 1,4 m), playground and other facilities. At the building are a total of 5 apartments. The accommodation is situated on a panoramic are on a hill, located on an estate of 120 hectares, with olive and fruit trees (where olive oil is still being produced). Production and sale of homemade olive oil. There is also the possibility of a guided tour to the wine cellars. The owners have agreements with various restaurants in the nearby area regarding discounts for their guests.
The location makes a visit to the cities easy: Foligno within 16 km, Assisi 27 km, Spoleto 36 km, Perugia 39 km, Rome within approx. 2,5 hours drive.

This pleasant accomodation (on the ground floor) is situated within a short distance from the Trasimeno lake, in the green province Umbria (close to Magione). It belongs to an \"agritursimo (sort of farm-countryhouse, with 4 appartements) and is cosy. The location is ideal to discover the lake and its surroundings (beaches, harbours, etc.). Furthermore, it is a central starting point to visit Umbria and Tuscany. You will find the lake within approx. 8 km, Perugia within 18 km, Cortona within 29 km, Arezzo within 58km.

The décor in the groud floor accommodation is modern and minimalist. As the property is built on a hillside, the bedrooms from the 4-6 persons accommodtion (IT-06060-12) have balconies . Both properties have a private patio in front of the house. Large shady garden with communal barbeques.

This beautiful farmhouse complex is 2 km from Paciano and on the border of Umbria and Tuscany. It is 700m above sea-level. The farmhouse is in the middle of the Monte Pausillo National Park. The old farm has been completely renovated. It now consists of a number of attractive apartments (IT-06060-18, IT-06060-27, IT-06060-28, IT-06060-29). There is a lovely swimming pool with wonderful views of the hills. The farm also has a small children’s playground and a 3 km training circuit with gym equipment. There are horses on the farm and it produces wine and olive oil.
The owner drives his guests to the farm from his home in Paciano due to the steep sandy road with sharp bends. This is a delightful place to relax, have fun and enjoy interesting excursions.

You can share the use of a big garden with garden furniture, swimming pool (14x5m), facilities for children and use of mountain bikes. You can explore the woods in the area by foot or on horseback. The accomodation is very well located in the heart of the Italian country: the hills of Umbria and Tuscany (the Chianti region) surround you, Perugia is only 15 minutes away, Lake Trasimeno and Assisi 25 minutes. In an hour you are in Arezzo, in less than 2 Rome is at your feet. Discover the abundance of Italy!
