Magione is 20 km west of Perugia. This agreeably renovated house is 3 km from Magione. It has a number of rustic apartments. The house is on a slightly sloping landscape, 6 km from Lake Trasimeno. It is 500 metres away from the motorway to Perugia. The apartments IT-06063-01, IT-06063-20, IT-06063-21 and IT-06063-22 are on the first and second floors. The interiors are well kept and neat. Some of the apartments have beautiful ceilings. The house is surrounded by a spacious shared garden with garden furniture and a swimming pool. There is a barbecue and picnic table for shared use. There is an attractive swimming pool, a spacious communal room and a shared BBQ. The apartment is a splendid base for visiting Castiglione del Lago, Tuoro, San Felciano, Passignano and more. This holiday home is situated on an estate of several hectares on the border of Umbria and Tuscany. On the estate, the owner cultivates his own widely praised wines, about which he can tell you everything. In the restaurant, you can be the judge of it yourself, while enjoying local delicacies, such as fish plates from the Lake Trasimeno. In total, there are two buildings on the estate that house ten apartments. We have reserved 3 for you, namely (IT-06060-24;IT-06060-5 en IT-06060-26). This home, Fenicottero has a simple furnishing and disposes of a private terrace (4m2). Thanks to its central location, it offers a great base for exploring this wonderful region. Places such as Perugia (45km.), Arezzo (50km.), Siena (60km.), Montpulciano (12km.) are within easy reach. Also, Lake Trasimeno is a mere 8 km away. Borgo Badia is a tiny hamlet with 28 inhabitants. It is near Lake Trasimeno in Umbria. The hamlet is surrounded by olive trees and a delightful hilly landscape. The town of Castiglione del Lago is only a few kilometres away. It has a beach and you can enjoy swimming in the lake. Badia is an excellent base for visiting fascinating places such as Montepulciano, Cortona, Arezzo, Pienza, Siena, Perugia, Orvieto and Assisi.
The holiday complex consists of 4 houses. They have been restored with great care and are tastefully furnished by the owners. Antico Casale is a house with 5 apartments, IT-06061-02, IT-06061-03 and IT-06061-15. It is surrounded by a large garden of 5000 m2. The garden enjoys splendid views of the Umbrian landscape. There is a delightful swimming pool. Each apartment has its own small terrace with garden chairs. The swimming pool and BBQ are for shared use.
There is a communal room in the house with a computer, internet connection and tourist information about the area. There is even a guitar for when you feel like providing some music.

This property consists of 200 hectares in a hilly, pristine valley at an elevation of 700 metres above sea level. There are 10 rustic houses with a total of 32 apartments. Appartement Fattoria Quattro is located in one of the rustic houses, together with four other apartments, on the second floor, with the reception located on the ground floor. In the kitchen of this apartment there is a 2 element electric hob.
There is a tennis court, football field, manage, bar and restaurant on the property. The restaurant is located approx. 80 metres from the distance and the swimming pool is 1.5 kilometres away. There is a foot path of approx. 1 km which runs through the property to the swimming pool, and there is also a paved road to reach it with the car.

The agiturismo has a parcel of approx. 1 ha. where a communal outdoor swimming pool with lounge chairs and parasols, tennis court, archery track, jeu-de-boule track, table tennis, bicycles and a childrens playground is situated. They are 400 metres above sea level and on the border of Umbria, Tuscany and Lazio. Apartment Porcospino and one other apartment are in one of the three rustic houses 30 metres from the swimming pool. The houses are built in a rustic style and are furnished with great care. They enjoy breathtaking views of the beautiful city of Orvieto. The farmhouse complex is near the old hamlet of Sugano and is surrounded by chestnut trees. The complex is in grounds of 13 hectares with a spacious garden, a small lake and a shared swimming pool with fine panoramic views. Dinner, using local produce, can be organised by the owner on request. The complex produces and sells traditionally pressed olive oil, red wine, fruit and vegetables. There are horses on the farm. The accommodation can be found on the perfect position to visit Umbria and Tuscany (Chianti area); Perugis is within 15min. drive, Trasimeno Lake and Assisi within 25min., Arezzo within 1 hour, Rome 2 hours drive.

Agritourisme Martis is located a few kilometres away from Lake Trasimeno in a beautiful environment in the midst of the countryside. Apartment Giulio Cesare is one of the 4 apartments and is very tastefully furnished. The apartment has a spacious terrace with beautiful wooden garden furniture and there is a communal garden with olive trees, lavender and flowers, as well as a wonderful large swimming pool. The agritourism locale has sheep and cheese and ricotta are made from the milk. Naturally, you can have a look at this undertaking. This region offers everything, including visits to medieval towers and churches, walking, cycling, visiting beautiful towns such as Perugia and Cortona, a relaxing day at the pool or swimming in Lake Trasimeno.
