It belongs to an \"agriturismo\" (sort of farm-countryhouse, with 4 appartements) and is cosy. The location is ideal to discover the lake and its surroundings (beaches, harbours, etc.). Furthermore, it is a central starting point to visit Umbria and Tuscany. You will find the lake within approx. 8 km, Perugia within 18 km, Cortona within 29 km, Arezzo within 58km.
Your apartment can be a little bit different to that on the photos: each apartment is different, yet the style is the same.

This beautiful farmhouse complex is 2 km from Paciano and on the border of Umbria and Tuscany. It is 700m above sea-level. The farmhouse is in the middle of the Monte Pausillo National Park. The old farm has been completely renovated. It now consists of a number of attractive apartments (IT-06060-18, IT-06060-27, IT-06060-28, IT-06060-29). There is a lovely swimming pool with wonderful views of the hills. The farm also has a small childrens playground and a 3 km training circuit with gym equipment. There are horses on the farm and it produces wine and olive oil.
