This holiday home is situated on an estate of several hectares on the border of Umbria and Tuscany. On the estate, the owner cultivates his own widely praised wines, about which he can tell you everything. In the restaurant, you can be the judge of it yourself, while enjoying local delicacies, such as fish plates from the Lake Trasimeno. In total, there are two buildings on the estate that house ten apartments. We have reserved 3 for you, namely (IT-06060-24;IT-06060-5 en IT-06060-26). This home, Fenicottero has a simple furnishing and disposes of a private terrace (4m2). Thanks to its central location, it offers a great base for exploring this wonderful region. Places such as Perugia (45km.), Arezzo (50km.), Siena (60km.), Montpulciano (12km.) are within easy reach. Also, Lake Trasimeno is a mere 8 km away. But of course, you can also stay on the estate and relax at the pool while your children have fun with one of the many playing facilities. Bicycles are for rent. |  | | Click photos for details |  |

Holiday home set amidst nature on a rural estate in the Monte Subasio National Park, just a few km. from Assisi. The completely enclosed estate covers some 240 hectares where you can see plenty of game including deer and horses. On the estate you find 3 farmhouses that have been turned into holiday accommodations. We have contracted one apartment in each farmhouse (IT-06081-03; IT-06081-04 en IT-06081-05). The farmhouse in which you find this apartment has 7 apartments in total and is situated close to IT-06081-04 and about 3 km. from IT-06081-03. You can enjoy a communal, spacious, panoramic swimming pool with a restaurant (snacks), a bar and a playing meadow. The main building on the estate has a very cosy restaurant where delicious local dishes are served. This holiday destination offers you the possibility to enjoy the overwhelming nature and explore the Umbria region. Historic places such as Perugia (38km), Assisi (10km) and Gubbio (25km) are easily accessible but also a visit to Lago Trasimeno (50 km.) or an exploration of the region of Le Marche are an option. If you like to go horseback riding, you can do so on the estate which has its own stables. A lovely detached summer chalet on a \"Podere\" (estate). On the farm olive oil and other nature products are produced and sold. You can make use of the big (communal) garden with garden furniture, swimming pool (14x5m), and facilities for the children, use the mountain bikes. In the neighbourhood are woods where you can hike or horse ride peacefully. The accommodation can be found on the perfect position to visit Umbria and Tuscany (Chianti area); Perugis is within 15min. drive, Trasimeno Lake and Assisi within 25min., Arezzo within 1 hour, Rome 2 hours drive.

Villastrada lies 44 km. west of Perugia. The agriturismo I Romiti is a very nice living farm house which is divided into 4 apartments. The apartments also have a shared room in where you can use the restaurant with a characteristic fire place. The agiturismo has a parcel of approx. 1 ha. where a communal outdoor swimming pool with lounge chairs and parasols, tennis court, archery track, jeu-de-boule track, table tennis, bicycles and a childrens playground is situated. Poggio Paradiso is a farmhouse estate in the hills near the village of Scritto. It is described as \'a little paradise\'. The apartments (IT-06020-01, IT-06020-02, IT06020-04, IT-06020-05) at this farmhouse complex are at the end of a sandy cul-de-sac. Each apartment has its own terrace and landscaped garden with a wide variety of flowers and plants. There is a splendid view of the sloping hills of Umbria. The historic Monte S. Maria Tiberina is situated 1 km north of Città di Castello. Città di Castello is a charming little town by the Tiber river with a medieval ambiance. The most striking characteristic is the 14th century city wall which separates the old and the new town. It used to be a renowned art centre and the birthplace of the famous painter Perugino. Meone Vecchio, renovated 15th century house, has a simply wonderful location. The house is divided into 4 separate apartments. All decorated with great eye for detail in Umbrian style. You have at your disposal a communal outdoor swimming pool with parasol and sun lougers with tables, where you can enjoy the beautiful view over the valleys of Umbria. An ideal holiday home for the lovers of culture and peace and quiet.
The guests can take their meals (to be booked in advance) in the guest room, under the pergola or by the pool. Our farmhouse produces certified organic products such as corn, rare old varieties of fruits, vegetables, jams and syrups, honey, wine, olives, olive oil.
