The holiday home is just ten kilometres from the historic city of Assisi and is reached by a narrow, winding road. The country estate has 240 hectares of enclosed grounds with roaming deer and grazing horses. It is highly recommended for those who want to escape from the hustle and bustle of daily life. Also for those who wish to spend a relaxing holiday in the heart of the countryside. The country estate has a luxury restaurant and a riding school. The holiday homes are a few kilometres from the reception area and the restaurant. You can enjoy excellent walks here. Part of the garden is for the private use of the apartment. The garden has a large olive tree and garden furniture. A lovely linked house (ground fl. and vide), at a cosy \"Casolare\" (country house), totally renovated and situated on the green hills of Umbria. The accommodation belongs to a big \" Podere \" (country house with farm) you can use the big garden with swimming pool (14x5m), playground for the children, mountain bikes and stable. In the neighbourhood are woods where you can take peaceful walks or horse ride. The accommodation is on the perfection location to visit Umbria and Tuscany (Chianti area): Perugia is only 15 min. drive, Trasimeno lake and Assisi op 25 min., Arezzo within 1 hour, Roma only 2 hours drive. Only 1 small dog allowed, to be kept outside the house. A wonderful holiday area!

This old farmhouse is highly characteristic of Umbria. It dates from the 10th century and is equipped with all modern comforts while preserving its original style. The farmhouse offers 8 attractive and tastefully furnished apartments. Due to the excellent position at around 500 m high, you have a beautiful view of the whole valley. You can go on superb walks or just enjoy the peace and quiet of the area. The country estate offers a wide range of facilities, such as a swimming pool, a large garden, a communal recreation area in the taverna, an open fireplace and laundry area.
As well as being ideal for a relaxing holiday, the estate is perfect for interesting day trips in the surrounding area: Perugia (60 km), Arezzo (40 km), Citta di Castello (18km) and Umbertide (15km).

The entire house is also for rent, see house code IT-06080-08. A communal swimming pool and other facilities ensure a pleasanr stay. The location is favourable to visit the cities of Umbria easily: Assisi (20 min. drive), Perugia (25 min.), Foligno (25 min.), the Trasimeno Lake (30 min.) and Spoleto (50 min.). Roma is a half hours drive.
Furthermore, it is possible to attend a wine/olive tasting (on request at the owner).

The agritourism complex has ten apartments. It is in the Spoletana Valley between the hills and the Subasio Mountains. The complex enjoys good views of Assisi. The views of the illuminated city are especially enchanting in the evening. There is a large communal garden and a swimming pool. Breakfast and excursions can be organised on request.

This beautiful farmhouse complex is 2 km from Paciano and on the border of Umbria and Tuscany. It is 700m above sea-level. The farmhouse is in the middle of the Monte Pausillo National Park. The old farm has been completely renovated. It now consists of a number of attractive apartments (IT-06060-18, IT-06060-27, IT-06060-28, IT-06060-29). There is a lovely swimming pool with wonderful views of the hills. The farm also has a small childrens playground and a 3 km training circuit with gym equipment. There are horses on the farm and it produces wine and olive oil.
The owner drives his guests to the farm from his home in Paciano due to the steep sandy road with sharp bends. This is a delightful place to relax, have fun and enjoy interesting excursions. |  | | Click photos for details |  |

Glicine apartment lies alongside the main building with 7 apartments. There is a communal library inside the main building, with an open fireplace and lovely frescos. In addition, there is a communal garden, orchard and olive grove where you can take a relaxing stroll, also a communal swimming pool and solarium. This agri-tourism site produces olive-oil, which guests are welcomed to try. Città di Castello is a charming place on the river the Tiber with a medieval radiation. Remarkable is how the old and the new città is divided by the partially 14th century city wall. As a matter of fact it is also the place of birth of the famous painter Perugino. On a hill top at the edge of the forest lies this former Benedictine abbey from the year 1100, 8 km. south of Città di Castello and also Gubbio to be seen from the hill. One has tried to maintain the original state as much as possible, which is the case with the ceilings, floors and several doors. On the ground floor there is a nice reception/bar with colour TV and telephone and reading corner. Furthermore there is a arch room in where, at sufficient demand, the local products can be tasted. Next door lies the former and historical church. The apartments are all of a good standard. In the beautiful communal garden stands garden furniture. Fully furnished and equiped to meet your every need, it\'s the perfect place to relax and unwind. With views of the hillside town of Paciano (2km.)and across the valley to Lake Trasimeno, 4 miles away. Perugia is at half an hour drive, while Castiglione-del-Lago is closeby. Parking for 2 cars is available in front of the house.
