The house is situated on the ground floor, but because of the location of the house, the entrance is reachable through the parking space with a staircase, along the outside of the house. The interior is simple, but cosy and of a good standard. You have access to a lovely garden (70 m) with garden furniture. Fully furnished and equiped to meet your every need, it\'s the perfect place to relax and unwind. With views of the hillside town of Paciano (2km.)and across the valley to Lake Trasimeno, 4 miles away. Perugia is at half an hour drive, while Castiglione-del-Lago is closeby. Parking for 2 cars is available in front of the house.

Agritourisme Martis is located a few kilometres away from Lake Trasimeno in a beautiful environment in the midst of the countryside. Apartment Pertinace is one of the 4 apartments and is very tastefully furnished. The apartment has a spacious terrace with beautiful wooden garden furniture and there is a communal garden with olive trees, lavender and flowers, as well as a wonderful large swimming pool. The agritourism locale has sheep and cheese and ricotta are made from the milk. Naturally, you can have a look at this undertaking. This region offers everything, including visits to medieval towers and churches, walking, cycling, visiting beautiful towns such as Perugia and Cortona, a relaxing day at the pool or swimming in Lake Trasimeno.

Very panoramic and peaceful situated farm house which has been turned into an holiday destination. Ideal location for those who wants something completely different with the family and enjoy with each other the rest and the overwhelming Umbrian landscape with its many friendly and historical villages which are all at close range. The farm house has been furnished in such a way that the living section lies on the first floor. On the ground floor the owner has furnished a large storage room and washing area. In the garden of 8000 m, which is completely fenced, are many vegetations and your children can nicely frolic about or you can enjoy the overwhelming peace and view on a lounge chair.
The little house of the owner also lies on the terrain but he is only present in case the farm house or the garden needs maintenance.
The surroundings offer you all options in order to make interesting and pleasant day trips to historical locations such as Perugia, Assisi, Orvieto and Todi. The Lago Trasimeno is also on a short driving distance.

A restored and cosy apartment (90m2, 2nd fl.) in an old monumental building in Umbrie, close to Gualdo Cattaneo. For the guests: a communal space (with fresco\'s and trompe l\'oeil), a garden with swimming pool (14 x 7 x 1,4 m), playground and other facilities. At the building are a total of 5 apartments. The accommodation is situated on a panoramic are on a hill, located on an estate of 120 hectares, with olive and fruit trees (where olive oil is still being produced). Production and sale of homemade olive oil. There is also the possibility of a guided tour to the wine cellars. The owners have agreements with various restaurants in the nearby area regarding discounts for their guests.
The location makes a visit to the cities easy: Foligno within 16 km, Assisi 27 km, Spoleto 36 km, Perugia 39 km, Rome within approx. 2,5 hours drive.

The country house is on a central point where more destinations that are important can be reached from here: Bettona, Montefalco, Perugia, Assisi, Spoleto.

Borgo Badia is a tiny hamlet with 28 inhabitants. It is near Lake Trasimeno in Umbria. The hamlet is surrounded by olive trees and a delightful hilly landscape. The town of Castiglione del Lago is only a few kilometres away. It has a beach and you can enjoy swimming in the lake. Badia is an excellent base for visiting fascinating places such as Montepulciano, Cortona, Arezzo, Pienza, Siena, Perugia, Orvieto and Assisi.
The holiday complex consists of 4 houses. They have been restored with great care and are tastefully furnished by the owners. Antico Casale is a house with 5 apartments, IT-06061-02, IT-06061-03 and IT-06061-15. It is surrounded by a large garden of 5000 m2. The garden enjoys splendid views of the Umbrian landscape. There is a delightful swimming pool. Each apartment has its own small terrace with garden chairs. The swimming pool and BBQ are for shared use.
There is a communal room in the house with a computer, internet connection and tourist information about the area. There is even a guitar for when you feel like providing some music.

This beautiful farmhouse complex is 2 km from Paciano and on the border of Umbria and Tuscany. It is 700m above sea-level. The farmhouse is in the middle of the Monte Pausillo National Park. The old farm has been completely renovated. It now consists of a number of attractive apartments (IT-06060-18, IT-06060-27, IT-06060-28, IT-06060-29). There is a lovely swimming pool with wonderful views of the hills. The farm also has a small childrens playground and a 3 km training circuit with gym equipment. There are horses on the farm and it produces wine and olive oil.
