They enjoy breathtaking views of the beautiful city of Orvieto. The farmhouse complex is near the old hamlet of Sugano and is surrounded by chestnut trees. The complex is in grounds of 13 hectares with a spacious garden, a small lake and a shared swimming pool with fine panoramic views. Dinner, using local produce, can be organised by the owner on request. The complex produces and sells traditionally pressed olive oil, red wine, fruit and vegetables. There are horses on the farm. The town of Castiglione del Lago is only a few kilometres away. It has a beach and you can enjoy swimming in the lake. Badia is an excellent base for visiting fascinating places such as Montepulciano, Cortona, Arezzo, Pienza, Siena, Perugia, Orvieto and Assisi.
The holiday complex consists of 4 houses. They have been restored with great care and are tastefully furnished by the owners. Antico Casale is a house with 5 apartments, IT-06061-02, IT-06061-03 and IT-06061-15. It is surrounded by a large garden of 5000 m2. The garden enjoys splendid views of the Umbrian landscape. There is a delightful swimming pool. Each apartment has its own small terrace with garden chairs. The swimming pool and BBQ are for shared use.

This lovely agritourism site is located on a sloping hill 350 metres in elevation in the midst of 57 hectares of land and 7 km from the beautiful city of Todi. There are a total of three apartments and a couple of B&B rooms. Casolare Due is located 300 metres from the main villa. The interior of this apartment consists of antiques and elegant furniture. The agritourism is surrounded by a beautiful garden and is accessible along a long lane with tall pines.
The original house dates from the sixteenth century. Originally, the farm belonged to the Catholic Brotherhood of San Giovanni and Rocco. The production of the agritourism consists of crop sunflowers, olive oil and wine.
