From this villa, which is centrally located in Umbria, you can find all places of interest within a short distance. Within a radius of 60 km you will both find Lake Trasimeno as well as many historic places of interest such as Assisi and Perugia. But if you prefer to enjoy a day at your holiday home you can do so in many ways, you can have a lazy day or get as active as you want. You could start the day with a nice holiday breakfast on your private terrace which is blessed with a spectacular view of Marsciano and the surrounding area. When you finished breakfast you could relax by the swimming pool while your children enjoy themselves playing games in the garden. Then you could have a good workout in the spacious fitness room and pay a visit to your own sauna. After having worked off all the lazy sweat you are ready to explore the surrounding area on the mountainbikes that are at your disposal. After visiting the historic centre of Marsiano you and your family can finish the day with an enjoyable and delicious barbecue in your own garden. This marvellous situated restored farm house lies against the hills near the historical city Todi, with an overwhelming view at the sloping Umbrian landscape. The farm lies on an estate of approximately 1 ha. large with a completely enclosed garden, here you will find the spacious swimming pool and garden furniture. You and your family will feel right at home here in this, by the owner extremely cosily furnished casolare. The garden offers a selection of flowers and vegetation and your children will be able to nicely frolic about between the many olive trees. From your holiday destination you can take numerous day trips in the green heart of Italy, which one names Umbria, without having to drive many kilometres. In this province lie countless and very friendly historical little villages and cities such as Todi, Perugia, Spoleto, Gubbio and Assisi, which actually still breath the original Italian culture. But even world famous cities such as Siena, Firenze and Rome are at driving distance and can be easily visited in one day, what also goes for the Lago Trasimeno. Lovely detached cosy \"Casolare\" (country house), totally renovated and situated on the green hills of Umbria (ground fl. and vide, 200 m2, max 8 persons). This house (which was originally divided into 2 apartments) belongs to a big \"Podere\" (estate with farm) where olve oil and other natural products are produced and sold. You can make use of the big (communal) garden with swimming pool (14x5m), playground for the children, mountain bikes and horse stable. In the neighbourhood are woods where you can walk peacefully or horse ride. You will find the accommodation on the perfect position to visit Umbria and Tuscany (Chianti area): Perugia is within 15 min. drive, Lake Trasimeno and Assisi within 25 min., Arezzo within 1 hour, Roma only within 2 hours drive. Only 1 small dog allowed, which has to be kept outside the house. A splendid holiday area!

This lovely agriturismo (sort of countryhouse) with private swimming pool is located on a green hill close to the town Trevi, has a panoramic garden with a swimming pool and a splendid view over the valley and town Trevi. It offers a pleasant stay to visit possibilities in the interesting surrounding. Local production of olive oil. The accommodation (4 appartments in total, on the ground fl. and garden level) are furnished cosy and comfortable. On request: airco in 2 appartments. In the surrounding are the following to visit: Foligno (11km.), the beautiful Spoleto (19km.), Assisi (29km.). Rome is within 2hrs. drive.

Very central situated spacious villa in the hills of south Umbria from where you can take many tourism excursions, but also enjoy the overwhelming peace and views. The villa is located at a small distance from the cosy and historical centre of Otricoli where you, besides the necessary shopping, can also be absorbed into the daily Italian life. Many historical sights are easy accessible by car or train and a visit to Rome is also to be scheduled without any problems. The surroundings marks itself further by its historical past where many remains are still visible and which you can reach at a walking distance from Otricoli. But in case you want to relax nicely and enjoy the sun, you can do that in the recently constructed swimming pool and jacuzzi with garden furniture, while your children can frolic about in the spacious garden of 7000 m with fruit trees and many flowers. From the terrace and the swimming pool of the villa you can enjoy the view at a fantastic hilly landscape. Fantastically, on a hill top situated, restored farmhouse with breath taking views around over the valley and Spoleto. The farm lies on an estate of a total of 30 hectare with olive- and vineyards and offers you the desired peace and possibilities to make many interesting excursions in this very beautiful part of Italy. From your holiday house the historical cities Perugia, Assisi, Todi and Spoleto are at short distance and also the waterfalls of Marmore and the Lago Trasimeno are at driving distance. A trip through the Valle Nerina to the Monti Sibillini is an unforgettable experience. You will travel through places like Norcia (truffle city), Cascia and, at an altitude situated, Castelluccio where time seems to have stopped. In case you have the opportunity, the months May and June are also highly recommendable, considering the many flower- and plant fields are blooming then. The villa is, with the studio on the ground floor, furnished practically and offers sufficient space for your family or group of friends. San Bartolomeo is a three-hundred-year-old Umbrian farmhouse at the edge of a forest. Built on a hill, the farmhouse overlooks a wide valley. The property includes the old stone farmhouse and a two-hectare estate with a garden and a swimming pool. All rooms have original beamed ceilings and old terracotta floors. The house is laid out on two floors: the five bedrooms, each with private en-suite bathroom with shower, wc and bidet, are on the first floor. At the ground floor guests can enjoy a cozy sitting room with a library and an ancient log fireplace; a dining room with another fireplace and a modern, well-equipped kitchen.The central location offers the option to organize many day trips. As a result of which you will find the Lago Trasimeno within a radius of 60 km, but also many historical destinations such as Assisi, Gubbio and Perugia.

Comfortably restored villa with private swimming pool, panoramic location on a hill in the midst of a small vineyard. The villa is located on the border of Umbria and Tuscany, near the village of Ficulle, and offers a beautiful view over the rolling hilly landscape. The apartment is rustically furnished and equipped with all comforts. The villa is divided into three apartments and very suitable for a relaxed holiday with multiple families or groups of friends. The largest apartment has a large kitchen and a dining room with a table for 12 persons. There is a fantastic view over the surrounding hills from the garden, the pool and the various terraces.
Through the location on the border of Tuscany and Umbria, and close to the Autostrada del Sole (A1), the villa is in a very central location for excursions to the many sights in both regions. Orvieto with its beautiful cathedral is only 36 km away, Lake Trasimeno approx. 43 km away, and Lake Bolsena approximately 56km away. The Rosa Holiday Home is in the small hamlet of Valdirose. The home is part of a country church which once was a monastery belonging to the friars the Frati Camaldolensi. The house is surrounded by green hills and enjoys views of Lake Trasimeno. It is near the most important cultural cities of Umbria and Tuscany. The house has five bedrooms, each its own bathroom. The living room is furnished in a rustic style and has an open fireplace and kitchen. There is an attractive garden with a summer house at the front of the house. You can enjoy meals in the summer house or just relax there. The owners live at the other side of the house. They are happy to provide information and tips about the delightful region. Convento Serra is a charming former convent. It is a on a hill top and enjoys delightful panoramic views. The convent has been in private hands for more than a century. It has been renovated and converted into an elegant holiday accommodation. The convent consists of a main building with three bedrooms and two separate apartments. These former stables each have two bedrooms, a living room and a kitchen. This makes the accommodation suitable for three families. The small chapel has become a billiard room. You can walk through the hills from the villa all the way to Sassovivo Abbey. You can also just relax by the swimming pool in the large one hectare private garden with its 100 year old olive trees. Old typical \"Casale\" (sort of countryhouse) in the \"green heart\" of Italy, the province Umbria. The house has 5 apartments, recently renovated according to the style of the region. A swimming pool and other facilities ensure a pleasant stay. The location is favourable to visit the cities of Umbria easily: Assisi (20 min. drive), Perugia (25 min.), Foligno (25 min.), the Trasimeno Lake (30 min.) and Spoleto (50 min.). Roma is a half hours drive.
Furthermore, it is possible to attend a wine/olive tasting (on request at the owner).
