Holiday house La Querce is a majestic house, at 1,5 km. distance from the beautiful Bettona, one of the most characteristic villages of Umbria. The house is situated on the ground floor, but because of the location of the house, the entrance is reachable through the parking space with a staircase, along the outside of the house. The interior is simple, but cosy and of a good standard. You have access to a lovely garden (70 m²) with garden furniture. From the garden you will have a dazzling view at the valley in front of Assisi. The house is suited for a maximum of 4 adults and 2 children.

La Piccola Casa (60m2) is a traditional converted farmhouse which has stood on its Umbrian hillside for more than four hundred years. Fully furnished and equiped to meet your every need, it\'s the perfect place to relax and unwind. With views of the hillside town of Paciano (2km.)and across the valley to Lake Trasimeno, 4 miles away. Perugia is at half an hour drive, while Castiglione-del-Lago is closeby. Parking for 2 cars is available in front of the house.
The caretaker can provide a delivery and collection of guests to the local station if required, for a fee of 20 Euros per hour. For emergency 24 hour call-out service they charge 100 Euros. Please advise caretakers in advance.

The park: Fairly large and lively camp site, 2 km. from the centre of thevillage of Tuoro, directly situated on the north western banks of the Trasimeno lake., with its own beach and harbour. Accommodation: the mobile hopes are placed in groups of four, in a secluded location on the edge of the camp site. New and of a good standard mobiles homes with a patio and garden furniture. a few of the mobile homes are air conditioned (on request at 8 a day) pets free of charge, must be mentioned at the time of booking. Childs cot andbath 2,60 per day. Please request at time of booking.
