La Petite Maison offers families and small groups of friends a great combination of a convenient location and an authentic chalet ambiance.
The chalet is conveniantly situated at the bottom of the Pleney slopes which is a stunning site. Alpine cows and horses wander past in the fields! The chalet is 200m from the main action; paragliding. mountain biking, the 'luge' to name just a few activities. The swimming pool and the ice rink is just a short trip down the vunicular.
You can park up to two cars in front of the chalet. The chalet is compact but well equipped and comfortable. There are 3 bedrooms, one, a double is on the groundfloor. The other two are on the first floor, one is a twin suitable for adults, the other is again a twin, but given the size of the room and the low celing height it is, in our opinion, only really suitable for children or teenagers.
The chalet has one bathroom with a shower cubicle, the bathroom also houses the washing machine. There is a separate WC.

On the edge of the Ecrins National Park, Champsaur valley, open and shaped by man, is the only part of the southern Alps to have retained it bocage nature, bearing witness to a remarkable agricultural and stock rearing heritage. Overlooking the valley: Vieux Chaillol peak, with the larch forests at its feet, ideal for walking, and the river Drac flowing through the valley and providing a great deal of enjoyment for white water sports and fishing enthusiasts.
In summer and winter, the Champsaur region offers a multitude of activities: sport reigns here whether you are a novice or a great champion, but visitors can also enjoy the heritage, walking and exploring the natural environment...
1,000 metres above sea level, Les Ecureuils chalet is close to the ski resorts (20 min driving to Orcières 1850) and the many activities offered by the Champsaur region. Your apartment, Les Edelweiss to accommodate 4/6 people (40 m2 approx) is fully equipped, well located and enjoys access and private terraces. You also have access to the park, as well as the shared swimming pool.

Apartments FR-74500-13 and FR-74500-14 are in the main building and are all on one level. The chalets on the holiday park are divided into four parts. These contain apartments FR-74500-15 and FR-74500-16. They all face towards the lake and are either all on one level or occupy two floors.

In a typical hamlet in the middle of a nature reserve (Massif des Bauges), two attractive and nicely decorated chalets (85m2) with swimmingpool (8,5 x 4, that can be used from May until the end of October; by paying an extra-charge the pool can be warmed for the beginning and the end of the season). Cosy chalet, ideal for families with children who would like to discover the unspoilt moutains. Lake at 3km (Lac du Mariet), major cross country centre at 10km (Le Revard, 150km cross country slopes and 50km ski slopes, dog sled-trips...) and alpine ski at 10km (Les Aillons and Margeriaz) or one hour from the famous slopes of the Ménuires, Meribel and Courchevel. The city of Aix-les-Bains with large `Lac du Bourget` is at 25km.
There are numerous outdoor activities awaiting you if you enjoy going by bike, oar, parapent, boat... and even doing some speleology! Sportive or relaxing, with friends or family, this holiday is made for you.

Situated near Morzine, in the village The crets, close to the road towards LAvoriaz to the Prodains, this apartment is situated in an authentic, magnificent chalet. Ideal for wintersports (langlauf, 650 track km, roads of walks), as well as for summer (near the Lake of Montriond and Lake of Geneva, a huge mountainbike track, nature region for unforgettable walks, golf). A ski bus stop is located in front of the door (in winter).
Despite the fact that the holiday home is located along a through-way, you will be in a woody and quiet environment. Behind the apartment you will find a spacious terrace, where you can soak up the rays. A narrow brook flows behind the apartment, and the sound of the babbling brook will make you forget the world around you.

In a region where nautical sports are very well developed, you will find the lake of Bourget (largest in Europe) within 15 min, the lake of Annecy at 30 min, and lake Léman at 1 hour distance from the castle.

On the lower level you\'ll find two apartments of which Belvilla has one under contract. This apartment is somewhat smaller, but also has a very well kept interior and a terrace.
