The \"Les Hirondelles\" House is in the small village of Paunat. The village is in the Perigord-Noir area. The attractive house is surrounded by fields and woods. It is in pleasant grounds of around 2,000 m2. The grounds have a small wood. There is a lawn which is used as a terrace and a private 5 by 10 meter swimmingpool. The position is ideal as the sun shines over the swimmingpool and the terrace all afternoon. The interior is pleasant and wellequipped with every modern comfort. Paunat has a renovated restaurant where you can also buy bread. The small town of Le Bugue is seven kilometres away. | LE MARTIN PêCHEUR, VARAIGNES

About 100km northeast from Bordeaux is the Perigord Vert. It is the oldest apellation for the green top of the Dordogne, which is so rich in unripe nature. This splendid hilly landscape, strewn with castles, knows many clear brooklets and rivers like the Dronne and the Isle.
This area is destined for peace and space lovers. This small holiday park exists about 30 years and has big shady trees and shrubs, in many diversities and colours.
On the big play- and meadows you can sport or laze about, there is table tennis, a volleyball net, basketball net, and for the smaller guests there are many swings. For water amusement there is a swimming pool.
Le Crochet intersects the park, and along this rivulet are 5 of the 6 cottages. This rivulet is good for cooling down in summer, children build little dams there and fathers put together watermills and mini boats. If you take note, you will see the forels shooting throug the water. The 6th house stands at the big pond.

Detached and located in a hilly valley amidst nature you will find the cosy house Bordo-Basso. Ideal if you are looking for tranquillity or you like walking. Magnificent views on the Laugnac valley. A visit to the different wine regions is recommended ! Beautiful villages, very quiet surroundings, the Lot and the Garonne are stunning rivers. You can make lovely walks here, cycle, kayak on the Lot and lots more. Beautiful central location in France. Agen, Villeneuve sur Lot are fun cities to visit. Within walking distance of the house there is a small recreational park with swimming pool, cafetaria, tennis court, lake and play garden. All this can be used for the price of 1 drink.

This traditional 120 year old farmhouse is on the Fontachoulet Country Estate in the Dordogne. The large detached country house is equipped with every modern convenience.
The holiday home is part of the house. It is comfortably and tastefully furnished.
Fontachoulet is a very large estate with grounds of around 18,000 m2. The grounds are fully enclosed with a trellis fence which will prevent children wandering off. There is a swing and tree house in the orchard. It is a perfect place for a picnic. You can also enjoy a campfire or relax in the large hammock.
The scenery around the farmhouse is made up of hills, woods, small lakes and brooks. The village of La Coquille is 7 km away and Thiviers is 11 km. You will find supermarkets, a baker, butcher and grocer in the villages. You can enjoy many excellent restaurants in the area. Specialities of the region include foie gras, confit de canard, truffles and nuts. Famous cities such as Bergerac, Cahors and St Emilion are each around 90 minutes away by car. The holiday home is between Limoges, the capital of the Limousin region, with its great cathedral and many shops, and the fine medieval city of Périgueux. It is a delightful area with a landscape of rolling hills and meadows surrounded by forests. The magnificent old cloister on the banks of the River Dronne is worth a visit and you can canoe there. The city of Châlus is 15 km away. It has an ancient fortress and a go-cart track. The lake at St. Saud, 15 km away, is good for swimming. The towns of St Jacques and Tiviers are both 20 km away. La Truffière is a charming chalet (total area + annexe 100 m2), ideally situated in the heart of the Black Périgord. In the heart of the countryside, in a hectare of wooded grounds and with no neighbours, this magnificent chalet provides an idyllic setting for the whole family to relax in.
The whole property is for your private use.
2 km from the river Dordogne, this chalet is at the centre of the regions tourist and cultural activity: canoeing on the Dordogne (4 km away), quad-biking in the woods, two golf courses less than 5 km away, the chateaux of the Dordogne and Vézère valleys, caves and prehistoric sites, Medieval villages and Périgords fine food.
Just a few kilometres from the chalet you will find a number of farms/inns in which you can try out their foie gras, candied products, fillet of duck and Monbazillac wine, etc.
The owner pays for 10 kW of electricity per day. If consumption exceeds this amount, payment is the customer\'s responsibility.

possibilities to take classes in bow- and arrow shooting and horsebackriding (horses of the owners), ask the owners for it.
Plenty of walking- and mountainbiketrails available
(free use of mtb\'s).
And if you feel like making a trip, the Périgord-noir area has a lot to offer too, like the castles, the citadels, the prehistorical spots, mediaeval villages...

The house is snug and comfortably furnished. There are many original details such as wooden beams and an open fireplace in the living room. The large terrace enjoys splendid views over the valley. The private swimming pool is at the side of the house. It has a terrace and sunbathing area. The pool-house has an outdoor shower and an infra-red cabin. The centre of Rouffignac is around 4 km away. The town has a baker, butcher and small supermarket. There is a market every Sunday morning from 9.00 - 13.00 in the market square. The market has a pleasant, bustling atmosphere and you can buy local produce there. There are many historic, ancient caves in the area.
