The Ancienne Gendarmerie is in a quiet side street, approx. 100 metres from the Atlantic so that you have a marvellous view over the sea and the Ile de Groix from your rooms. Le Pouldu invites you to swim and take long walks on the cliff paths. The surrounding countryside is densely wooded and there are 5 different sandy bays within walking distance. Just follow the roar of the sea to the beach!
Shopping facilities (for bread, vegetables, groceries and foreign newspapers) are approx. 2 minutes walk from the house (only open in the peak season). Outside the season there is a bakery and a grocery shop 1 km away. There are other shops and supermarkets in nearby villages and towns. It is possible to buy freshly caught fish and seafood in the small romantic port of Doelan.
Locally there is a pancake bar, restaurants, a pizzeria and cafés. A very good fish restaurant in the port of Le Pouldu is highly recommended (some catering establishments are only open in the peak season). |  | | Click photos for details |  |

The beautiful domain is located at less than 100m of the beach and in the heart of the centre.
The apartment has all mod cons and a cosy, colourful decoration.
There are many facilities in the park, like a sports field, play garden, TV room, restaurant, library and lots more.

The forest of Broceliande is in the vicinity, where you can undertake lovely walks. 35 km away from the residence is the friendly city of Vannes, which is certainly worth a visit. There you will find innumerable restaurants and shops. In the Lac au Duc (19 km away) swimming is permitted. This lovely residence is located on the ground floor and has comfortable furnishings. The chimney cannot be used, however. You have access to a space of 5000 m2. On this land there is a play ground for children, where they can play to their heart\'s content. The beautiful holiday home is located in a quiet rural location. There is a beautiful open hearth in the residence. You can get wood for the open fire for free up to a certain amount. Around the residence there is a fenced garden of 400 m2. You also have use of a spacious terrace garden furniture and a barbeque.
