On the border of Southern Brittany and the Loire Atlantique, La Cour is located in the quiet hamlet of Paimbu, just 1 Km from the village of Masserac, which is well situated for reaching the many beaches and attractions of the Loire Atlantique & Southern Brittany. The village has a French cafe (bar) and grocery shop, as well as a friendly local boulangerie to buy your fresh bread and croissants for breakfast! Another 10 minutes away is the lively town of Guemene-Penfao where you will find a supermarket, indoor swimming pool, canoe hire for paddling along the River Don and pony trekking. Fishing enthusiasts can take advantage of the private fishing lake just 5 minutes away from the cottages.
The two cottages have been carefully restored to provide comfortable accommodation for 4 and 5 people in two bedrooms. The residence has been completely resorted, but all details of the old Breton style have been respected. Thus the beams are still visible and the walls are clad in stone. The open hearth in the living room works. In the summer (July/August) you will get wood for it free. The inside barbeque in the kitchen is very unique!
