You can follow the great differences in ebb and flow of the tides from your chaise on the terrace. The right section of the residence is inhabited by the owner?s brother. The residence is divided so that you have complete privacy. The furnishing of the residence is comfortable. Around the residence there is a communal space of 1000 m2. In practice you have sole use of the garden. From the terrace, you also have a beautiful view over the sea.
