tennis courts. St Merryn Parish is famous for 'seven bays
for seven days' which have lovely sandy beaches. Padstow
is a short drive away with it's picturesque harbour and
quaint narrow streets. From Padstow to Bodmin Runs 'the
Camel Trail' enjoyable for walking or cycling. The coastal
path gives magnificent views of rugged cliffs. St Merryn
is conveniently placed for visiting the Eden Project,

Slightly further afield is the historic town of Launceston, Tintagel Castle and The Eden Project, which is located just 25 minutes drive away. Little Cobwebs is situated in the North Cornish hamlet of Marshgate, which is within one of Cornwall's 'Areas of Outstanding Natural Beauty'.
French doors open onto a private patio and ornamental garden, where you can sit and enjoy the beautiful view. The local inn and restaurant (The Horseshoe) is located in the adjacent hamlet of Tresparrett, which is only a 7 minute walk away. The Post Office and General Store is located only 200 yards away.
Cobwebs is within a short drive of Cornwall's most spectacular scenery. High Cliff has one of the best views over the ocean in North Cornwall, is about a mile and a half away, and is on the North Cornwall coastal footpath.
Just over 4 miles away is the beautiful fishing village of Boscastle with it's harbour.
Tintagel, which is famous for its legends of King Arthur and its ancient castle, is just a short drive away. There are large sandy beaches at Widemouth and Bude (10 miles)and several golf courses in the area.

Sparrows nest (Grade II Listed) is a semi detached cottage perched on the outskirts of the seaside village of St Agnes. It provides a peaceful, secluded retreat for those seeking relaxation- ideal for couples/ couples and baby.
Recently renovated it provides most home comforts but retains its rustic charm with much use of solid oak. A Mediterranean-style courtyard garden is a real suntrap. A BBQ by lantern light is also very romantic!
Shops, pubs and restaurants area fifteen minute stroll away, and with numerous local beaches to choose from you're simply spoilt for choice!
