The cottage, a stone barn conversion, enjoys rural views in the grounds of C16th Kenegie Manor, Gulval.
During your stay at Kenegie Manor, why not take advantage of the free membership to the Manor’s leisure club. The leisure facilities include; a heated indoor swimming pool, sauna, tennis, a children’s play area and during Easter and the high season you are welcome to make use of the bar on site.
The pretty village of Gulval is just half a mile away and is accessed quite easily by the footpath opposite the Manor's main entrance. The village has a post office, church and an inn that serves food. The nearest supermarkets are just one mile away from the cottage, beside the A30.

| BARTON WOODS COTTAGE, Gulval Sleeping up to 6 people
The cottage, part of a stone barn conversion, stands in the landscaped grounds of 16th Century Kenegie Manor overlooking Mounts Bay and Penzance. Arranged on 3 levels the cottage enjoys panoramic views over the Rosemorran Valley from the lounge and all three bedrooms. There is parking for one vehicle at the front of the property and more in the main car park.
The cottage is ideally situated being only a mile from Penzance, with its wide variety of shops and restaurants and a similar distance from the sandy beaches of Marazion and St Michaels Mount. A little further afield is Sennen Cove, popular with surfers and St Ives with its picturesque harbour and the new Tate Gallery.
The pretty village of Gulval is only half a mile away, the shortest route being by the footpath opposite the Manor's main entrance. The village has
a post office, church and an inn that serves food.
Use of the Kenegie Manor leisure facilities, (inc indoor pool, tennis courts, bar with bar snacks) is included subject to seasonal availability (end May to mid Sept)'

These cottages were converted from an old coach house and are idyllically situated in the tranquil grounds of Stewarts House; the views are delightful over rolling hills towards Bude Bay - at night the lights of Bude and the bay can be seen in the distance.
Both cottages share a pretty Victorian walled garden facing east for the morning sun and to the west, a spacious patio equipped with chairs and tables for dining al fresco - a perfect place for the afternoon sun and enjoying barbecues.
The village of Week St Mary is a pleasant short stroll away; the village square has a post office stores and ancient church; the Green Man public house with a lively programme of weekly music and good food welcomes children; and there is a children's playground with a tennis/basket ball court also locally.
