Halwyn is an old Cornish farmstead situated in a quiet and secluded valley on the Lizard Peninsula, a designated Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty.
We have 3 cosy and comfortable holiday homes which have been converted from an old barn and The Piggery. You will find peace and tranquility second to none; passing traffic is a rarity and only the sounds of nature break the silence. The ground at Halwyn extend to some 2.5 acres and include a stream, a small lake and beautiful lawned areas along with many sub-tropical plants.

3 Cottages - Chy Tyak, Chy Whel and Chy-un-Lur <b>(Chy Whel sutiable for the disabled)</b> are situated on Trenona Farm and have their own private lawned garden and patio with patio furniture. The local garage (approx. 1 mile) also has a Londis store from which most things can be purchased and a grocery parcel can be purchased for your arrival by arrangement.
The Roseland Peninsula is one of the quietest and most picturesque in Cornwall. It offers sandy beaches and cliff walks, wooded river creeks and unspoilt countryside together with pretty hamlets and villages.
The largest centre is St. Mawes with its Tudor castle and access via foot ferry to Falmouth across the harbour and St. Anthony Head across the river. Popular with swimmers, sailors and walkers, its sheltered harbour and safe beaches are ever popular but uncommercialised.

| STABLE COTTAGE, Week St Mary Sleeping up to 6 people
These cottages were converted from an old coach house and are idyllically situated in the tranquil grounds of Stewarts House; the views are delightful over rolling hills towards Bude Bay - at night the lights of Bude and the bay can be seen in the distance.
Both cottages share a pretty Victorian walled garden facing east for the morning sun and to the west, a spacious patio equipped with chairs and tables for dining al fresco - a perfect place for the afternoon sun and enjoying barbecues.
The village of Week St Mary is a pleasant short stroll away; the village square has a post office stores and ancient church; the Green Man public house with a lively programme of weekly music and good food welcomes children; and there is a children's playground with a tennis/basket ball court also locally.

The cottage, a stone barn conversion, enjoys rural views in the grounds of C16th Kenegie Manor, Gulval.
During your stay at Kenegie Manor, why not take advantage of the free membership to the Manor’s leisure club. The leisure facilities include; a heated indoor swimming pool, sauna, tennis, a children’s play area and during Easter and the high season you are welcome to make use of the bar on site.
The pretty village of Gulval is just half a mile away and is accessed quite easily by the footpath opposite the Manor's main entrance. The village has a post office, church and an inn that serves food. The nearest supermarkets are just one mile away from the cottage, beside the A30.

| BARTON WOODS COTTAGE, Gulval Sleeping up to 6 people
The cottage, part of a stone barn conversion, stands in the landscaped grounds of 16th Century Kenegie Manor overlooking Mounts Bay and Penzance. Arranged on 3 levels the cottage enjoys panoramic views over the Rosemorran Valley from the lounge and all three bedrooms. There is parking for one vehicle at the front of the property and more in the main car park.
The cottage is ideally situated being only a mile from Penzance, with its wide variety of shops and restaurants and a similar distance from the sandy beaches of Marazion and St Michaels Mount. A little further afield is Sennen Cove, popular with surfers and St Ives with its picturesque harbour and the new Tate Gallery.
The pretty village of Gulval is only half a mile away, the shortest route being by the footpath opposite the Manor's main entrance. The village has
a post office, church and an inn that serves food.
Use of the Kenegie Manor leisure facilities, (inc indoor pool, tennis courts, bar with bar snacks) is included subject to seasonal availability (end May to mid Sept)'

| PA'S COTTAGE, Crackington Haven Sleeping up to 6 people
Pa's is a delightful whitewashed thatched cottage, 60 metres from the sandy and surfing beach of Crackington Haven.
Crackington is an unspoilt cove flanked by magnificent cliffs with a coastal path giving superb views across the valley and coast. The beach provides endless entertainment with fascinating geology, wonderful rock pools and invigorating surf.
Pa's is well equipped and charmingly furnished. A slate porch leads to a spacious sitting/dining room with beams and thick cob walls and an open fireplace. Available all year round.
Local activities include swimming, surfing, coastal walks and tennis and there is an excellent pub nearby. Slightly further afield riding, sailing and golf are offered, as well as bowling and a cinema for those rainy days.

Ola's which is a detached bungalow provides comfortable accommodation for a large family or two small ones sharing.
It is in a quiet location in the beautiful South Cornish seaside town of St Mawes. There are distance sea views of St Anthony Head, and the pretty harbour with shops, hotels, and pubs are a short 5 minute walk away. Near the harbour are safe beaches, excellent sailing and boating facilities with a regular ferry service to Falmouth and across the river to the St Anthony Headland with more beaches and beautiful walks.
Many famous Cornish Gardens including the Eden Project and the Lost Gardens of Heligan are within easy reach by car. For walkers, the cottage is within 1/2 mile of the National Trust Coastal Path, and a lovely walk along the banks of the Fal River to St Just in Roseland.
