This substantial house stands in a favoured central position close the water's edge. The accommodation, over three floors, does not include the basement flat.
The principal rooms have balconies and spectacular harbour views. Steps lead down to private water access and the Yacht Club. Beaches and ferries are nearby, as are excellent shops, restaurants and pubs.
Fowey is renowned for sailing, fishing, coastline walking, it's Literary Festival and Regatta. Central for discovering Cornwall, the Eden Project is just 6 miles away and there are several other notable gardens in the vicinity. Three golf courses are within easy reach.
Hourly or daily boat hire is available.
In fact every family memeber whatever age, will find Fowey their perfect holiday location.

<b>Chapel cottage is a spacious C18th character cottage a few seconds from the beach and sea front. It benefits from being in the heart of the historic and charming 700 year old Port of Looe, but is at the quieter end, offering peace but is close to all amenities.</b>
Retaining many of its original features following its restoration, Chapel Cottage offers a large lounge / diner, fully fitted kitchen, 3 large bedrooms, 2 with Victorian style double beds and the third a twin. All rooms have a mixture of exposed stone walls, hand polished floors, beams, logburner & original fireplaces. There is a bathroom and a second shower room.
Looe is a historic fishing village with wonderful sandy beach. There is a huge choice of restaurants and Inns a couple of minutes walk away with friendly atmospheres & the C16th Guildhall Museum is closeby. <p>

Julie and Stephen Angwin invite you to holiday at their bungalow at New Polzeath. <b>The bungalow is 4-5 minutes walk from the beautiful beach of Polzeath where there is excellent surfing.</b>
The beach is delightful for families and children with golden stretches of sand, plenty of space, rock pools/cliffs to explore and enjoy. Sailing, golf and riding are all within easy reach.
The village of Polzeath has several shops, a supermarket, butchers, dairy, Post Office, beach shops, etc; tennis, putting and mini-golf all within walking distance. There are several hotels, restaurants, pubs and takeaways in the area.

<B>There are beaches at Looe, Bude and Portwrinkle.</B> Try fish and chips at colourful Mevagissey or Looe where fish are landed every day. Visit the old tin mining town of Tavistock built by the Duke of Bedford approximately 7 miles away.
A day out in Plymouth is sure to please with the Aquarium to visit and the old Barbican or The Hoe where Drake played bowls before tackling the Armada! If you go on a Sunday, parking is cheap and plentiful, the department stores are open<p>

Our 4 cottages and bungalows are individually sited in and around Boscastle; a picturesque village, set in a wooded valley, with 14th century cottages leading to the famous medieval harbour and spectacular S.W. coast path. Take a boat trip around Puffin Island, glimpse the seals, fish, paint, browse through the Witches Museum and craft centre, or simply relax.
Nearby are numerous sandy, surfing beaches. Other local attractions include Tintagel Castle, Bodmin Moor and St Juliot (Thomas Hardy's Church). The whole of Cornwall and Devon are also easily accessible, making this the ideal holiday base.

Locally there are facilities for activities such as surfing, fishing and cliff-top walks with spectacular scenery.
The villa has a quiet and secluded garden which is equally perfect for youngsters and the more mature.The first floor was fully refurbished in 2006. The master bedroom has a double bed and ensuite, the other three bedrooms have single beds and share a central bathroom with bath and power shower.
