Nare Court is one of 12 cliff top apartments in an Art Deco style block affording spectacular views of the harbour, Mevagissey Bay and beyond. The apartment, which is suitable for adults, has parking and sleeps 4.

| THREE CARN TODDEN TERRACE, Mousehole Sleeping up to 4 people
Carn Todden Terrace was originally lived in by the coastguards, who watched Mounts Bay for ships in distress; consequently there are wonderful sea views from the cottage & garden.
It is situated in a quiet location <b>on a footpath in Mousehole</b> within a few minutes walk from the harbour shops and restaurants. There is ample parking nearby.
Mousehole is within easy reach of Land's End, St Michael's Mount, <b>3 miles from Penzance,</b> Gardens, Art Galleries, Mines, sites of Archaeological interest, The Minack open air-cliff top theatre as well as many places of children's entertainment for example Flambard Theme park.

Once a busy mining town, Gunnislake is situated in the
picturesque Tamar Valley, an area of outstanding natural
beauty, offering riverside, woodland or moorland walks,
cycle tracks and horse-riding centres, river cruises or
canoeing. Cotehele House, Buckland Abbey (N.T), Morwellham
Quay, Eden Project and Plymouth (via river or railway) are
recommended places to visit, while coastal resorts North
and South, are easily reached.
Garden Cottage, set in an extensive elevated garden, is
situated just outside the village of Gunnislake in the
small hamlet of Hatches Green, which is within walking
distance of shops and pubs. It has an unusual layout, in

2 Cottages - Wesley Cottages are situated in a peaceful rural setting less than half a mile from the sea. Converted from 2 granite farm buildings they both have comfortable modern furniture and granite hearths for open fires.
It is an ideal place for children, well positioned for a choice of beaches. For those who like walking, Gwynver and Sennen Cove are 30-40 mins away along the cliff path. Nowhere in West Penwith are you far from the sea. There are sparkling sandy beaches, granite moors, rugged cliffs and fishing coves.
There are excellent walks, swimming, surfing, shore, boat and fly fishing. There is an 18 hole golf course about 3 miles away. A wind surfing school and riding stables are in the area. Pleasure flights and even flying lessons are available at Land's End aerodrome. You can visit the famous Minack Theatre at Porthcurno. There are a number of restaurants locally.
Places to visit include museums/sites, art galleries (including Tate, St Ives), craft shops, gardens, Eden Project, theme parks and Goonhilly satellite station.

First floor flat with own entrance, 5 minutes walk from Crantock beach and village. The property enjoys a quiet position with country views from all rooms. Car park with security light. Fully equipped kitchen, lounge-diner with TV, DVD, video and radio. Two double bedrooms with additional single bed. Bath/shower room with, WC, wash hand basin and heated towel rail and separate second WC.
All bed linen and towels provided but visitors are asked to bring towels for use on the beach. The property is not suitable for pets and the owners have a no smoking policy. Electricity by card meter.

| MAYMEAR COTTAGE, St Tudy Sleeping up to 4 people
Built over 120 years ago Maymear is at one end of a terrace of five cottages in the picturesque and friendly village of St. Tudy.
The cottage is comfortably furnished and well equipped. The sleeping arrangements are two 3ft beds in one room and two 2ft 6ins beds in the other, both sets can be linked to form doubles. Outside is an attractive enclosed cottage style garden.
St Tudy offers a post office and store, pub, a 300 year old church and children's playing field. It is an ideal base for exploring the whole of Cornwall and Dartmoor. The Camel cycle trail starts just one mile away. The nearest beach is approximately 7 miles away. Padstow is 12 miles from the cottage and the fascinating Eden Project 16 miles.
There are many facilities in the area for activities such as golf, surfing and fishing and there are magnificent walks nearby.

Pixie Cottage is a traditional Cornish cottage located in the popular fishing village of Porthleven - and only 150 yards from the Harbour. Cliff top walks offer spectacular views over Mount's Bay.
The village is ideally placed to explore West Cornwall. St Ives has always been a magnet for some of the world's most famous artists and is just a short drive away - be sure to visit The Tate Gallery.

</p>The Moorings and Little Moorings, a modern house and apartment, are situated on the level at the top of the village, overlooking the rooftops of the old cottages that surround the harbour. Both properties face south with a patio, and are close to several safe surfing beaches.
