| MAYMEAR COTTAGE, St Tudy
Sleeping up to 4 people
Built over 120 years ago Maymear is at one end of a terrace of five cottages in the picturesque and friendly village of St. Tudy.
The cottage is comfortably furnished and well equipped. The sleeping arrangements are two 3ft beds in one room and two 2ft 6ins beds in the other, both sets can be linked to form doubles. Outside is an attractive enclosed cottage style garden.
St Tudy offers a post office and store, pub, a 300 year old church and children's playing field. It is an ideal base for exploring the whole of Cornwall and Dartmoor. The Camel cycle trail starts just one mile away. The nearest beach is approximately 7 miles away. Padstow is 12 miles from the cottage and the fascinating Eden Project 16 miles.
There are many facilities in the area for activities such as golf, surfing and fishing and there are magnificent walks nearby.

Excellent base to explore the magnificent West Cornwall coastline and visit the delightful beaches, coves and villages around. Penzance is 1.5 miles, Marazion village for St Michael’s Mount, 2 miles and Newlyn, Mousehole and St Ives are a short drive away. To make the most of this holiday a car is essential.

Pretty two bedroomed cottage, overlooking Southern end of Stithians reservoir, situated on a small farm of 15 acres, plenty of room for walking, local footpaths, all round the reservoir. Good local pub.
The cottage is comfortable and well equipped with all linen and towels etc included in tariff as are the heating and electricity. Ideally situated for north or south coasts - Falmouth, Truro, Helston are all within 6-12 miles.
Deposit required for bookings made in advance payable to the cottage owner.

Both have traditional open beamed celings, sleeping up to 5 and are personally supervised by local resident owners, ensuring a high standard of comfort and cleanliness. A parking space/garage is available nearby for each cottage. No linen is provided.

Easterly Cottage is a Grade 2 listed thatched cottage situated in the village of Poughill (pronounced Poffle).
Easterly is well equipped and charmingly furnished. The pretty courtyard garden is full of mature shrubs, honeysuckle and perennials.
The resort town of Bude is just a short distance away from Poughill. It has an 18 hole golf course, The Splash swimming pool complex and a well equipped sports centre. There are many good beaches locally including Crooklets beach (ideal for surfers and rock-pool devotees) and Widemouth Bay.
Further afield are Bodmin Moor, Exmoor and Dartmoor and the lovely fishing villages of Boscastle and Clovelly, historic Tintagel and world famous Padstow and the Eden project - all within easy reach. |  | | Click photos for details |  |

5 Cottages - At the end of a private tree lined drive, in a south facing hollow, stand <b>The Roundhouse, Beech, Ash, Pond Meadow</b> and <b>Little Leighs</B> - cottages converted from 18th Century farm buildings. The 3 acre grounds include attractive lawned gardens with picnic tables and barbecues, a large playing field with swings and a copse for the exercising of dogs.
Inside these cosy cottages there are open beamed ceilings and interesting floor to ceiling trusses lean drunkenly, adding a depth of character to the rooms. The furnishings are comfortable with floral fabrics enhancing honey pine furniture and wood burning stoves set in granite fireplaces.

SEACOTT is a charming chalet nestled on the cliffs of Porthtowan. It directly overlooks a beautiful golden sandy beach. With sea views from almost every window Seacott is the perfect place to enjoy the surroundings.
HEATHERBANK is a charming bungalow very close to the lovely golden sandy beach at Porthtowan. The bungalow has three bedrooms, large lounge/diner, well appointed kitchen and very spacious bathroom. It also has very attractive and private gardens with sun patio and lawns and bbq area.<p>
The Beach, general store, post office and two family welcome pubs are all with in a five-minute walk from the chalet. There are also two surf shops with lesson and hire facilities.
The city of Truro is a fifteen minute drive away, with the usual superstores, lovely beaches, art and craft shops and many more pubs and restaurants can be found in the neighbouring village of St Agnes, which is a couple of miles away.
