This apartment (97m2) is situated on the first floor and can be reached by a lift. From the big terrace, you have a direct view over 7 holes of the famous golf course Lomas de Campoamor and the adjoining valley. The apartment is luxuriously furnished, so that you are not short of anything.
The green oasis Lomas de Campoamor is a paradise for golfers and sun worshippers. There are three 18 holes golf courses, located around the central luxury clubhouse with a restaurant and panoramic terrace, and a golfing shop. The view stretches from the pleasant town of Torrevieja (10 km) to the tropical style La Manga. The beaches of Orihuela Costa are only 3 km of the resort away.
There are different districts in the resort with different types of houses and apartments. All accommodations are comfortable and are perfectly suited for the professional golfer, and with their location near the sea and the many communal swimming pools of the resort also for holiday makers and families with children looking for comfort and various facilities within walking distance. The resort is surrounded by extended pine tree forests and citrus orchards where you can make lovely walks.

Approximately 8 km. south of Torrevieja you will find the friendly urbanization Playa Flamenca (belonging to Orihuela-Costa). Torrevieja lies approx. 60 km. south of Alicante. Here you will find everything for a nice holiday, for the summer as well as the winter. Beach, sea and golf courses are nearby as well as the shops and many restaurants. The salt lakes of Torrevieja, a beautiful nature area, are also close by. Historical towns such as Murcia and Cartagena are at a short distance. This quadrant home of approx. 90 m² is situated on a sealable parcel and is complete and of a good standard furnished. Wonderful rooftop terrace with garden furniture. The communal swimming pool lies around the corner.
Characteristics:
This house is situated on a sealable parcel. You can rent a camping bed or wooden bedstead. A camping bed costs 20 per week and a wooden bedstead costs 26 per week. You can also rent a high chair for 14 per week, a buggy (only vertical) for 14 per week, a buggy (from 3 months) for 20 per week and a stair gate for 20 per week. In case you want to make use of one or more of the articles as mentioned above, you always need to admit this at the time of the booking.

Modern apartment(70m2) situated on the Las Ramblas Golf Course along the 15th and 18th hole. The partment overlooks a nature area behind the hills and sea. Guests in Viento Ramblas receive an interesting discount on the golf-fees. On the resort is a common swimming pool (5x20x2m.) and all facilities for daily shopping can be found in Orihuela Costa and Torrevieja (7km.). For a day at the sea you only have to drive 3km. te to beautiful white sand beaches at among others Cabo Roig. Shopping centre and many lovely restaurants are close in the area. Bigger cities like Alicante, Murcia and Cartagena can be easily visited as a day trip, as well as the peaceful Spanish hinterland of the Costa Blanca with its typical villages, delicious foods and friendly inhabitants. Within only several km. from Las Ramblas you will still find 2 18 holes golfcourses, to know Campoamor and Villamartin, so that you can enjoy yourself completely on a sports level!

This spacious holiday house situated on a corner, with a big garden (80m2), roof terrace and communal swimming pool, is located in the well taken care of urbanization Zeniamar, within a short distance from Orihuela Costa and Torrevieja with outstretched sand beaches. The holiday house is completely furnished and guarantees you a fine holiday. A cot is available. Shops, banks, pharmacy, restaurants and cosy bars are all in the direct surrounding of the house. This very special accommodation lets you go back to the time of the North African Nomads. You stay in a specially made nomadic tent, completely in an Arabic atmosphere, yet with all the comfort and facilities for a surprising holiday! The tent is on the property of the estate Refugio Marnes, where the restored sheep fold, La Ruina (ES-03720-07) is also for rent. During your stay, you can make unlimited use of the swimming pool (12x4,5x2), which is shared with the guests of La Ruina. The hamlet Marnes, which belongs to Refugio Marnes, is located within approx. 500m high in a small mountain area the Siërra de Bernia, in the hinterland of the Costa Blanca close to Benissa. The sea is located less than 30km drive.
From the paved road, a sand path leads to the finca on the estate for approx. 300m. Here you will find two houses (the main house where the owners live and \'La Ruina\') as well as the nomads tent. On the estate you will find for this surrounding typical algarroba, olive and almond trees. Round the estate lies 19 hectares unripe nature and cultural ground, whereby it is ideal to hike or cycle. - By car: Motorway A7, A70 direction Valencia (coming from the airport) exit 67 then N 340 direction Xixona (Jijona), take the exit on the right direction Busot Bonalba. Continue straight forward to the Gulf. Go to the end of the road up to the Bonalba shopping centre. The Eurogroup reception is beside the big map of the Bonalba site at the roundabout near the shopping centre.

Finestrat is a little place which lies 15 km. north-west of Benidorm. Approx. 1 km. East of the village Frinestrat, on a piece of land of approx. 7000 m² are eight jointed, wheelchair accessible houses situated of each approx. 60 m². In order to be eligible for these houses, at least one person needs to be disabled or mobility challenged. The houses are furnished domestically. There are no thresholds, but yet wide doors and the bathroom is fully adapted for wheelchair users. From the terrace you will have a view at the mountains. At the houses there is a communal swimming pool with a heaving lift. There is one large permanent barbeque for shared use. The shown photos are examples.
Specifics:
Through the owner it is possible to hire a car with a wheelchair lift. At request, assistance is possible, amongst others A.D.L. aid, also with an eventual visit to a clinic or doctor (owners speak Dutch). Also home care (eventually through PGB) is to be arranged. The owner also offers the option to transport the wheelchairs from and to the airport. Guide dogs are allowed.

\'La Ruina\' (80m2) is part of the \'Refugio Marnes\'-estate, with a large communal swimmingpool. It is a renovated sheep-pen and has kept its very ancient materials and elements despite the modern refurnishing of the house. La Ruina is a characteristic house for 4 persons, accessible with a steep donkey-path, about 150 meters from the central parking-lot. The hamlet Marnes, to which the house belongs, is located at about 500 meters height in a small mountain-area, the Siërra de Bernia, in the hinterland of Costa Blanca close to Benissa.
From the paved road, a sand path of about 300m. leads to the finca (=property). Here you will find two houses: the main house where the owners live, and \'La Ruina\'.
On the property you will find the typical algarrobo, olive -and almond trees. La Ruina finds itself on 19 hectare of untouched nature land. So you are not renting a house, but \"your own finca\"!
