This detached villa with private pool is located in Benissa-Coast at ca. 2km from the beach. The villa has panoramic views on the sea and the area. Because of the position against a hill you have view on 20 km coastline, from Moraira up to Calpe. The villa is fully located on the 1st floor and also has a guest accommodation in \'Arabic Style\' (accessible via a downward staircase). The villa and the guest accommodation are fitted with all comforts. The villa is south facing and sunny all day. There are various (roofed) terraces with shade or sun and privacy as you wish. The terrace near the pool has an outdoor bar, a kitchen with BBQ and a lounge corner. The large garden (1800m2) offers lots of privacy and you can enjoy a relaxed holiday here. You have a great sea and views on the “Ifach” rock (332m) from all the rooms. Less than 2,5 km away there is a pleasant boulevard with various restaurants and night clubs. Inland you can enjoy the Jalon valley. This villa is ideal for several families.

This country house is a 5 minute walk away from the village of Bolulla. The village is surrounded by fields of citrus fruit and olive groves. The house is full of atmosphere and has a private swimming pool. It is in a quiet area close to the lively Costa Blanca. The house is on a country estate of 5000 m2 and built in Spanish Valencian style. It offers comfortable accommodation for a maximum of twenty people. There is a shared sitting area and terrace on the top floor. The living room with its open fireplace and the large open kitchen are on the middle floor, next to the patio. On this floor you will find 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. On the ground floor there are 6 bedrooms with each its own entrance and bathroom. The various terraces enjoy fine views of the valleys and mountains.
Attractive seaside resorts such as Calpe, Altea, Moraira and Benidorm are just half an hour\'s drive away. The City of Valencia is an hour and a half away by car. Alicante Airport is over an hour. The country house is perfect for holidays with families or friends. It is also an excellent holiday destination during the winter months.
