From the terrace is a wide view over the sea, you will sea the rock Ifach (Calpe) and will look into the valley in (Moraira) with the mountains in the background. The villa is in the Palmeras area, the part of the Cumbre del Sol where you actually have the entire sun. Sometimes you see some spectaculair sunsets The villa is situated in such a way that you have the sun the entire day over the terrace. It is possible to sit in the shade under a covered terrace. The division of the villa is pleasant and practical (country style). The living room has 2 x 2 opening doors and a big window. An open kitchen with a little bar and window with a beautiful view. A spacious hall, two cosy bedrooms and a bathroom with bath and one with a spacious shower. In the living room is a fold up bed for one person. The house is completely furnished and equip with all the necessities. You have the disposal of a private swimming pool with a big terrace, reclining chairs and garden. You can take a stroll in the evenings and enjoy a variety of restaurants and pavement cafes. There is a spectacular aqua park just outside the village of Rojales. Guardamar del Segura is around 6 km away with its beautiful sandy beaches, dunes and parks. You can enjoy an active holiday in the Costa Blanca with its many golf courses. The property is well kept and has a spacious living room (ca. 50 m2). There are two covered terraces (45 m2 in total), one of which has a sitting area. The terrace is blessed with a view of the village, a big lake, part of the city of Torrevieja and you can even see the sea (provided the weather permits it). The garden is fully enclosed and offers lots of privacy. It is tiled for the most part and has garden furniture and a barbecue. - By car: Motorway A7, A70 direction Valencia (coming from the airport) exit 67 then N 340 direction Xixona (Jijona), take the exit on the right direction Busot Bonalba. Continue straight forward to the Gulf. Go to the end of the road up to the Bonalba shopping centre. The Eurogroup reception is beside the big map of the Bonalba site at the roundabout near the shopping centre.
