Apartment complex, situated directly by the beach and opposite a marina. The well equip beach of Playa de Pals is located within 3,5 km. This location is very suitable for golfers, because close to the complex there are golf courses: Golf de Pals (1 min.), Golf Serres de Pals (5 min.), Golf Emporda (10 min.) and 5 other golf courses (less than 45 min.). A woody environment with fir tree, dunes, rice fields and marshes surrounds the complex. The national park Basses d\'en Coll is a must for nature lovers.
In the apartment complex is a reception, safe, night porter, washerette and a lift. There is a common swimming pool, including a swimming pool for children. Furthermore, the complex has a tennis court, beach club, snack bar and offers a 30% discount on the green-fees of all golf courses in the region.

| LA SELVA - TYPE 3/5, LLORET DE MAR

Lloret de Mar lies 8 km. north-east of Blanes. The houses, mainly built against the hills, are situated in a.o. in the urbanizations Cala Canyelles, Serra Brava, Els Llores, Roca Grossa and Soleia, in the green hill landscape, approx. 5 km north of Lloret de Mar, heading to Tossa de Mar. There are here two types of houses contracted. The 4-5 pers. (max. 3 adults and 2 children till 12 years old; ES-17310-03) and the 6-7 pers. (max. 4 adults and 3 children till 12 years old; ES-17310-04) are usually detached, of the semi detached type or situated on top of each other. The interior is rustic and can vary amongst themselves. The houses contain all of a terrace with garden furniture and usually of a parcel. In the complex of Cala Canyelles there is the restaurant El Trull with a common swimming-pool. You are allowed to use the swimming-pool (against consumption). The urbanization Serra Brave is situated some what more peaceful in the higher rear landscape.
Specifics:
The houses have their own entrance, which are mostly accessable through a stairs due to the hill location. Because of the hilly environment the use of a car is essential. The costs for gas are only to be paid if you use the heating.

Big detached villa with a swimming pool, divided into three apartments (70m2) either on ground or first floor. Peaceful situated along the canal of the marina of Empuriabrava in the bay of Rosas. The apartments have a big garden with a swimming pool with joint use by the guests. The beach and shopping centre is within 750m. In the shopping centre you will find diverse shops, banks, doctor and restaurants. The surrounding is excellent to take part in diverse sporting outdoor activities and cultural trips to eg. Rosas, Figueres and Gerona.

| CALSINA, PLAYA DE PALS

Playa de Pals lies 43 km. east of Girona. This house is subdivided into two houses, which can booked separately from each other. This house is also suited to be rented by two families. The house is through a closed nature parcel (800 m²) surrounded by trees and lies approx. 700 metres from the beach and 300 metres from the communal swimming pool.The 4-5 pers. house (ES-17256-22) is situated on the ground floor and the 2-4 pers. house (ES-17256-23) on the 1st floor (reachable through a spiral staircase). They both have their own, separate entrance.The ES-17256-22 has an efficient and rustic interior and contains of a grit garden with swing, partly covered large terrace with garden furniture and barbeque. The ES-17256-23 has a tasteful and rustic interior and contains of a rooftop terrace (25 m²) with garden furniture. On the closed parcel there is room for two cars for the ES-17256-22. Parking on the street side for the ES-17256-23.
Specifics:
The sleeping accommodaton of the ES-17256-23 is suited for one adult or two children. There is no heating in the houses. You can rent an electrical heater at the office and the costs will be calculated according use.

Apartment with balcony (15m2) on the first floor and beautiful view over the port of Empuriabrava situated along the Costa Brava. The apartment is within 1,5km from the beach and 500m from the centre of EmpuriaBrava, where there are diverse disco\'s. There is a playground on the grounds of the apartment building. The bedroom is open. The location of the truly simple apartment is excellent and ideal for making trips and untertaking of activities like: the Dalí museum in Figueres (10km), animation presentations in Rosas (3km), the possibility to sail through the many canales of Empuria (5km), diving in l´Escala (20km), waterski (Rosas) and parachute jumping in Empuriabrava.

Estartit lies 40 km to the east of Girona. The apartment is situated on the outskirts of the centre, opposite the nature reserve and alongside a beach. The apartment(40 m²) is located on the 4th floor and can be reached by lift.the furnishing is somewhat dated. From the balcony are views of the nature reserve, Ter Vell, the beach and the sea. A lovely holiday house situated only 12km from the sea and the nature park \"Les Gavarres\" where you can undertake lovely hikes and diverse excursions. Romanyà de la Selva is a small but beautiful town, which only has a church and two good restaurants. The house is divided into two parts; one section is where the owners live. The house is located on a property of 3000m, in the midst of the woods. It has a big woody garden, where you will find peace. Ideal for families with children or couples who want to enjoy the nature. Good location, due to the beaches of the Costa Brava (within 12km), Bisbal de lEmpordà; a town, which is known for its ceramics, the town Girona. Even the town Figueres with its famous Dalí museum and of course Barcelona are easily reachable. In the summer, there is a swimming pool (4,57m), which is shared with the owners.

The park: The apartment complex, Comtat Sant Jordi is situated 1,5 km. from Playa de Aro, located 150 m. above the bay, which can be reached by a steep pathway. A beautiful location set in forests and hills. Accommodation: The complex comprises of 5 buildings that are just 3 storeys high, built in a U form around the swimming pool and spacious sunbathing terrace. All apartments in this, at least in the high season, busy park, enjoy a swimming pool view. The apartments are on one of the 3 floors, measure 30 m² and are simply but adequately equipped. Balcony with garden furniture, Pets are allowed (max 1). Must be mentioned at the time of booking. Childs cot, 4,50 per day. Please request at time of booking.

Centrally situated apartment at only 25m from the beach in Empuriabrava. Furnished basically but equipped with all the necessities. The apartment has direct views over the sea and beach! The complex is equipped with a Communal parking area. Within a few metres, you will find shopping centres with diverse shops, banks, doctor and restaurants. The surrounding is excellent to participate in diverse outdoor sporting, water sports activities and cultural trips to e.g. Rosas, Figueres and Gerona.
