The main garden is a large lawned area, with several trees and a well as the central feature. Opposite the holiday home is a terrace area equipped with attractive wrought iron garden furniture, perfect for open-air dining. The surrounding is suitable for wonderful diverse outdoor sport activities and cultural trips to e.g. Rosas, Figueres and Gerona.

Sun Village is located in the town of Palau Saverda, at 5 km from the coast of the Costa Brava, at ca. 35 km from the French border. The development is quietly located at a short distance from the lively crowds of Rosas and Empuriabrava, and various Spanish towns and villages inland. Figueras is 15 km away, with its beautiful Dalí museum. Girona, easily accessible via Ryanair for example, is definitely worth a visit. You will find many tapas bars, shops and restaurants in its historical city centre.
Sun Village is an ideal home base to go exploring the Costa Brava and Catalonia. In the immediate proximity there are several nature areas where you can make lovely walking trips. Mas Can Mosca (190m2)is a classical 17th-century farm (so called masia), entirely renovated and restaured in 2000. The caretakers live in the building, in a separate appartement with a separate entrance. The house is furnished with all comforts, very cosy and decorated into the finest details. There are 4 twin bedrooms of which 3 with en-suite bathroom. The house stands on 1 hectare of land with fruit trees and several areas to sit and enjoy the outdoors. There is a private swimming-pool (sun-heated). From the terrace there is a superb view of the area called Baix Empordá. Baix Empordá is a real paradise for lovers of good cuisine: you will find all sorts of good restaurants in the area. The region is sometimes called \" The Golden Triangle\", after its many golden beaches and bays. It\'s obvious: this region offers a variety of activities. You can visit the cities of Gerona and Barcelona, or discover the little fishermen\'s towns like Palafrugell and Palamós. There is an indoor swimming-pool 5km. away. A few metres further, you will find the Casino of Peralada and the golf course of the Peralada Golf Club. In summer you will also enjoy the famous festivals in the gardens of the casino. For the beach enthusiasts, the Costa Brava is only a few kilometres away (Ampuriabrava 6 km, Rosas 10 km).
Perelada is located on a small hill in the centre of the Alt Empordá region. The village used to be a main roads junction due to its strategic location. The historical character of Peralada can be found everywhere in the village.
