CASA OASIS, ALMENDRICOS Sleeping up to 20 people Rating: 4 Star Casa Oasis (400 m) is a transformed former Cortijo (farm) from the 19th century, which has been completely renovated to modern standards, whilst retaining as much as possible of its former charm. The rooms have high ceilings and old wooden beams. The decoration exudes a typical Spanish atmosphere too. The group accommodation for 20 persons maximum is located in Almendricos, in the south of the province of Murcia, 2.5 km from the village. There is a beach volleyball field. Almendricos is a small, still very authentic Spanish village with nice bars and restaurants and three supermarkets. The outdoor discotheque Molineta, only open during the summer season on Wednesday nights, is an experience for young and old. The beach lovers will find various beaches at half an hour\'s drive like e.g. San Juan, which has not yet been taken over by mass tourism. You will find nice restaurants and terraces here. The light slope of the beach makes it very suitable for children. The new boulevard built end 2005 completes the view. A visit by train from Almendricos to the beaches of Aguilas is definitely recommended. There is a water paradise in Garrucha.
