You will find 2 communal swimming pools and an Arabic outdoor bathing pool (pit) of 21ºC on the property which is said to heal. The apartments are surrounded by terraces on which you?ll be able to enjoy the pleasant temperatures and the beautiful flora and fauna on the property. This is an ideal location to escape the stress of everyday life and have a calm and relaxing holiday. The owner can organise various (active) excursions in the neighbourhood such as: hiking tours, canoeing, climbing excursions, quad tours, riding etc. The central location of the farm is ideal for (day)trips to for example; the coast of Torre del Mar (25km). A city also worth visiting is Málaga (60km) with its historical monuments.

Holiday farm Cortijo las Monjas is located between Periana and Alfarnejo, in the hills at a height of 590 meter. The farm was built 3 centuries ago and is divided into 6 modest apartments with a large communal swimming pool. You will be staying in a comfortably furnished apartment (30m2) on the ground floor or first floor with either a terrace or a balcony. From the terrace/balcony one can enjoy beautiful views on the mountains. The neighbourhood with its healing water springs offers the ideal setting to escape from everyday life and enjoy a relaxing holiday. The owner can organise various (active) excursions in the neighbourhood of Cortijo las Monjas such as: hiking tours, jeep tours, cycling tours, riding etc. Participation is only possible if communicated in advance.

Villa \'La Madrugada\' is a spacious villa with 3 separate holiday apartments and guest residence. The apartment \'Madruga III\' is located on the ground floor. The villa is located in the green Elviria district, 10km east from Marbella-Centre. The second apartment is on the ground floor and the third apartment on the first floor. The Dutch owners are also living in the villa (top right in the picture, the guest residence bottom right near the swimming pool. All apartments are very comfortable and very well maintained.
The villa is located at 800m from the shopping centre and 1000m from the beautiful beach of Elviria with various nice restaurants. Elviria has one of the most beautiful sandy beaches of the Costa del Sol! There are lots of sports opportunities like golf and tennis, sailing, horse riding and walking. A 30 min. drive away you will find 15 brilliant golf courses. The distance to Malaga airport is only 35 km which means your holiday starts almost instantly after landing!

Nerja lies at approx. 60 km. east of Málaga. Apartamentos Axaquia are spread throughout the environment of Nerja and belong to one of the following places; Nerja or Maro. All apartments are situated 800m from the beaches of Nerja. The interior is of a good standard and comfortable and considering the apartments belong to different owners, the interior is different per apartment. Most of the apartments complexes have access to a communal swimming pool with a terrace around with lounge beds. The shown photo\'s are an example.

Comfortable furnished, peaceful ground studio, only 5 minutes outside thslechts white town Cómpeta, with magnificent view over the town up to the Mediterranean Sea 16km further up. The apartment shares a big swimming pool with the owner, and there is a squash court, which all year open. Cómpeta is a lively town with more than 30 restaurants, terraces and tapas bars in the mountains (height 640m.). The area around the town advertises itself with the slogan \'El mejor clima de Europa\', the best climate of Europe. Bordered along the apartment is a nature area of approx. 42.000 hectares, the \'Sierra de Tejeda y de Almijara\', a must for all hiking fanatics (the owner have hiking routes available). In the summer it is possible to horse ride in the nature area and the beach is within a half hours drive. Cómpeta is situated within 1 hours drive from airport Málaga, and further a fine starting point for day excursions to these towns, Granada, Cordoba and Ronda.
The communal swimming pool and the large terrace are located next to the home of the owner. You can use it between 9:00 and 20:00 h. In front of the studio you will have your own terrace where you can sunbathe whole day and evening (sunloungers provided).

All apartments are located on fenced private grounds at the foot of Castillo de Zalia. The apartments have an asphalted access path to the door, great views on the valley, white villages, mountains and coast, large gardens and green areas. There is a communal swimming pool (12 x 6m) with sun loungers and parasols, barbecue with garden furniture, parking spaces and laundry facilities (washing machine and dryer). The complex has a reception and internet facilities (WI-FI).
The complex is located near the Nature park Sierra Tejeda, surrounded by villages like Alcaucin, Periana, Canillas de Aceteino, Viñuela dam lake and all attractions on the Costa del Sol, Nerja, Málaga, Torremolinos, Marbella, etc.
The apartments of Castillo de Zalia are located 20 km away from the beaches of Torre del Mar, the yacht- and fishing harbour, the golf course, the hospital, the motorways, the shopping and leisure centres, the city centre of Vélez-Málaga (capital of Axarquía).
There are many bars, restaurants, little shops for your provisions at only 2 km.

Apart from the beautiful beach at Riviera there are numerous fine sandy beaches just a short drive away and any activity you could think of is catered for within a reasonable distance- even skiing!

Village house built over 200 years ago, restaured to its original state. Situated in the old centre of Casabermeja, on the heights of the town. The house has been carefully restaured using traditional materials such as clay, wooden beams and thatched ceilings. Even the tiles in the courtyard and the corridor, familiarly called \"La corriente\", are original. Donkeys used to be lead along this passage to access the barn behind the house. The decoration and equipment of the house is simple but very stylish and authentic, including many collector\'s items gathered and restaured by the owner.
The house is divided into 3 parts: Casa 2 includes a sitting-room, a simple kitchen with dining table, a 3-ring gas burner, 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. From the kitchen, you can access the courtyard where you\'ll find a BBQ and the former barn with the washing-machine.
The house is perfect for a week-end or a week of discovery in Andalusia.
