This typical Spanish villa (150m2) with private swimming pool is situated in a protected nature area Sierra Bermeja, far from all the pressure and traffic, between the hills with beautiful views over the mountains, valley, and the town Estepona and the Mediterranean Sea. The villa is completely on the ground floor with a modern interior. The swimming pool is ideal for children, it runs from 1m. gradual to 1,75m. deep. Situated along a small but well kept mountain road of 2km, you will find approx. 10km. sea, beach, gulf, shops, the zoo Selwo, and opportunities for going out, dolphin trips etcetera. Within only 2km is the white Moor village Casares where you can do shopping. Malaga with the international airport is situated within approx. 1 hour drive, the citied Ronda and Granada within 2 hours drive and Sevilla is a good daytrip within 3 hours drive.
The location is especially suitable for those looking for rest and quiet, in the midst of beautiful nature with versatile flora and fauna, but within a short distance from all famous places of interest along the Costa del Sol and the direct hinterland. This luxurious ground-floor apartment (105 m2) is located at garden level in a small-scale complex with 3 levels on the \'Golden Mile\', only 50 meters away from the Mediterranean Sea! The sandy beach and the boulevard are within walking distance, without you ever having to cross the street. You can walk directly into the large well-kept tropical, overgrown garden (1500 m2) with, among other things, palm trees from your terrace. There youll also find a large common swimming pool, with outdoor showers, reclining chairs and parasols. Tenants and residents have a private parking space at their disposal.
The Málaga airport is 50 kilometres away. There are around 6 golf courses within a path of 10 minutes, including the exclusive Golf Club Marbella. Marbella has the climate with the most hours of sun in Europe and has very mild winters. In around 10 minutes you can cross the boulevard and go to the old centre of Marbella, the Casco Antiguo, where youll find a wide selection of restaurants, shops, supermarkets and medical facilities. All villa\'s are situated between 1 and 15 km from the beaches of Nerja or Torrox. The interiour is of a good standard and comfortable and considering the fact that the villa\'s are from different owners, the interior is different per villa. Nerja lies at approx. 60 km. east of Málaga. Nerja is a typical South-Spanish place with white painted house, built against the hills and with the tendrils of the Sierra Nevada at the background. Here you can have a nice beach holiday or explore the back land. There are many excursions possible to for example Granada (approx. 60 km.). Villa Belydana is situated in the hills around the village Frigiliana, at approx. 4 km. from the place Nerja and the Nerja beach. Frigiliana is a nice village with an old core. The old core is only reachable by foor and due to the location against the hills, you need to take many steps in order to reach the centre. Therefore it is important to have a good condition. The interior is of a good standard and comfortable. You have access to a private swimming pool and a closed garden with garden furniture, lounge chairs and a barbeque.

The road of the beach to the holiday house, has a rising percentage of 15%. From your holiday house, you have a beautiful view over the sea, golf course and the mountains. Shops, restaurants, beach and sea are within walking distance (+/-1km). Bendálmadena lies in the sunny south of Spain \'Andalusia\' with the beautiful Costa del Sol. This splendid area is famous for its wonderful climate, the many kilometres long beaches and the crystal clear Mediterranean Sea and the many adjoining golf courses. Next to this, the Costa del Sol offers a rich hinterland with historic cities like Sevilla, Cordoba and Granada. Within a distance of 2 hours drive is the ski area of the Sierra Nevada. Benalmádena is excellently reachable since the airport of Malága, is situated close to daily flights from and to all-important airports. In short, Benalmádena is a destination with a favourable location at diverse historic citites, splendid beaches, very suitable for golf lovers and excellently reachable!

A comfortable holiday home (80 m2) directly on the beach in La Cala de Mijas on the Costa del Sol. From the garden, you can walk straight to the beach in one minute! A swimming bath is not necessary. The separate garden is in a tropical setting with banana trees, hibiscus and vine tendrils.
The environment is excellent for combining a beach holiday with visits to several cultural cities such as Granada, Seville, Malaga and Ronda. In the hinterland of the Costa del Sol, there are various nature reserves where you can take great walks and visit small Spanish villages.
If you prefer to arrive or depart outside of the presented times, the caretaker of the house has the right to charge you 75 euros for this extra service.
