It consists of 8 hotel-studio apartments (25 m²); Euro Relais has selected one of them. The studios are very well equipped. You will be accommodated on the ground or first floors. The residence has a fitness and health area. You can rent the studio simply for a rest, take the opportunity for excursions, work on a computer in a peaceful atmosphere or take advantage of the fitness facilities, like the intensive relaxation, anti-stress or well-being treatments. You can also reach the village centre in 5 minutes on foot along a pleasant lane. The former stables of this country estate have been renovated to 4 comfortable holiday homes, each with their own private terrace. You will be staying in one of these holiday homes. The masía is near Sant Martí Sarocca, near Villafranca del Penedés, in the wine region (cava) de Penedés, ca. 18 km from the beaches of Vilanova and Sitges. You have a great sea view from the hills at 1 to 2 km behind the house. The region of Vilafranca is absolutely breathtaking, and is called the Spanish Tuscany in the travel guides for good reason ! From the house and the gardens you look out on the wood \'Torre Foix\', with the castle of Sant Martí in the south and a hermitage in the west, both with fairytale illuminations in the evening.
