Perfect for family or small group holidays, this 95 m apartment is a very good pied-a-terre from which to visit Barcelona on a city-break.
The apartment is on one of Barcelonas main avenues (the famous Passeig de Gracia, where youll find numerous architectural works of the artist Gaudi, but also lots of shops). Gaudis famous house, la Pedrera is two streets away from your accommodation, as is the phenomenal Casa Battlo, which is around 10 minutes walk away.
The metro stop \'Diagonal\' (lines 3 and 5) is around 300m away.

This rural home with private swimming pool is situated in the Alt Penedès area, 1 hour from Barcelona, half an hour from Montserrat (where you can go climbing, walking or visit the famous sanctuary) and half an hour from Sitges beach. The holiday home is surrounded by vines and Mediterranean woodland (pines, oaks and ilex). It makes the perfect base for visiting areas of astounding natural beauty.
From the house, take the opportunity to visit the many local cava production sites, as well as the Sant Quintí de Mediona springs, the Capellades paper mill museum where paper is still produced by hand, the Abric Romaní archaeological remains in Capellades and the ancient frontier castles: Pobla de Claramunt, Òdena, la Tossa, Miralles and Vilademàger. The Alt Penedès area is rich in history and tradition, abounding with places to discover. This spacious and comfortable country house is in the heart of the Alt Penedes region. The country house dates from 1763 and was renovated in 1985. It is surrounded by vineyards and is ideal for families with children. This large house is suitable for groups and is an ideal place to enjoy a superb holiday. The Penedes area is famous for its wines and cavas and you can visit a number of wine houses in the surrounding area. You will enjoy a beautiful view of the Penedes from your balcony (70m2). A public swimming pool is only 800m from the house and the beaches of the Costa Dorada are 30 km away.
There are many places in the area well worth a visit. Vilafranca del Penedes, capital of Alt Penedes, is only 15 minutes away by car. Sant Sadurni dAnoia, capital of Cava, is also 15 minutes away. The rural house Can Teulera is an authentic masía located in the famous wine region of Penedés, on the Costa del Garraf. The cottage belongs to a group of 5 masías and is surrounded by vineyards where you can enjoy the tranquil environment. The house has a lovely large garden with a small, round swimming pool (diameter 5m and 1.2m deep). The children can play in the garden, enjoy the sun or the shadow of the centuries old olive, almond and fig trees which make this masía so special. At only 1 km from the cottage there are a few bodegas (wine cellars) of renowned wine producers which can be visited. The area is perfect for beautiful walking and cycling trips. The famous village Sitges and its lovely beaches is 25 km away. Other interesting attractions are for example the attraction park Port Aventura (65 km) near Salou, the monastery of Montserrat (65 km), Barcelona (50 km) and Tarragona (50 km). |  | | Click photos for details |  |

The Masia Catalana in Cal Badia has undergone total renovation works and is to be found in a small hamlet. All rooms are generous in size and welcoming. The walled garden is equipped with pool and barbecue and affords spectacular views, surrounded by vineyards. Only 30 km from the sea and a handful of km from Sitges, Vilanova and Tarragona. Cal Badia makes the perfect holiday destination. Using the house as a base, there are a whole host of trips that can be organised. A day out in Vilafranca del Penedes and its old centre, the town of Sitges with its white sand beaches, Vilanova with its market or even Tarragona with its well known Port Aventura leisure park.
For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters.

This accommodation was called Vallgomera Castle in the 17th Century. It is the perfect place to enjoy a relaxing holiday. The accommodation is on a 27 hectare estate which is mainly woods. It is 30 km from Barcelona and 3 km from the spa town of Caldes de Montbui. The town has very well kept Roman thermal baths where you can enjoy the delightful hot springs. The accommodations are spacious with high beamed ceilings and stone and wood floors. They are pleasantly furnished and have plenty of natural light. You can relax in the swimming pool and enjoy the barbecue and the 4000 m2 garden. Some parts of the country road leading to the accommodation are not in perfect condition.
