Distance between the properties is 800m. The houses are built with typical elements, which is known by the area. Pleasant furniture and comfortable. Each house has its private swimming pool. The last 50m of the entrance are unpaved.

This rural holiday home with shared swimming pool and garden, is located in the Orgiva valley, at only 5 minutes from the city centre, with views on the Sierra Nevada and the Sierra de Lujar. The beaches of the Costa Tropical, the city of Granada and the Sierra Nevada are ca. 60 minutes drive away. There are 2 other cottages on the domain. The cottage benefits from an authentic decoration with many original details. There is a cosy open fire for the colder winter evenings.
Orgiva is a fun little town with cultural attractions and lots of shops, restaurants and bars also. The area offers many sports possibilities like mountain biking, 4x4 tours and horse riding.

A ground floor apartment (77m2) in complex Las Mimosas, with a terrace overlooking an exotic garden with 2 swimming pools (25x8). From the living room, you have entrance to the terrace with a view over the swimming pool and the mountain chains. At the swimming pool are 2 reclining chairs reserved for you. Each morning, there are fresh breads at the bakery on the urbanization, and at the pool house, you can enjoy drinks and freshly prepared meals. San Juan de Los Terreros is a pleasant town with lovely little restaurants, shops and bars. The beach is within approx. 500m and in Vera (20km) you will find the water paradise Aquacentre. The province Analucia offers a beautiful hinterland and interesting cities such as Almeria and Cartagena.

Apartment(87m2) with a seaview from the balcony, situated on the 2nd floor of a somewhat small apartment building with a communal garden, 3 lovely swimming pools and a bar. Two reclining chairs are free for at the swimming pool. The beach and sea are within approx. 250m., just like the cosy village San Juan de los Terreros with wonderful little restaurants, shops and bars. Cities like Aguilas (10km.) Mojacar (35km.), Lorca (44km.) and Cartagena (87km.) are within a short distnace and fine to visit within a day. In Vera (20km.) you will find the water paradise Aquacentre. The entire province Andalucia offers a splendid hinterland and interesting cities like Almería (117km.) and Granada (234km.). The airport of Murcia (118km.) have since recently been affected by new international airlines, but can also fly to Alicante (190km.) or Almería.

El Arenal (77 m2) is part of the Al Andalus Residencial complex in Vera Playa on the Almeria coast. The apartment is situated on the second floor and has two large terraces (54 m2) overlooking the swimming pool and the childrens pool. The complex is about 800 metres from the beach, 600 metres from the centre of Puerto del Rey and 15 km from the Cabo de Gata natural park. A paddle-tennis court is available and in winter, the indoor swimming pool is accessible. Visits to famous places like Mojacar (12 km) or Garrucha (2 km) are a must. Additionally, you will have your own private parking place.

A new, attached corner house, build against a mountain and situated in a peaceful Spanish area. Common use of the swimming pool and a childrens pool within 100m. Within walking distance, you can lounge about in Aguadulce (literally: sweet water) to Roquetas de Mar, which is surely worth it! Even a visit to the province main city of Almeria should not be missed. The region Andalusia forms the beautiful hinterland of the Costa de Almeria, with olive trees, vineyards, flowers, sugar cane, cotton plants and cork. A trip through the Sierra Nevada with its beautiful nature and picturesque villages will make your holiday complete. Especially when you visit the town Guadix, famous for its cave houses, where people are still living! When you drive 10km further, then you in Granada with the 8th wonder of the world the Alhambra. Even for golfers, surely worth going to the famous golf course Club Golf la Envia (6km), Club de Golf Playa Serena (14km) and Golf Almerimar (30km).

This villa is quietly located on the Mediterranean, on the Costa de Almería between the Costa Blanca and the Costa del Sol, in a park with a common swimming pool and a childrens pool. The house is easy to reach from the Alicante, Murcia (both around 90 min. away) and Almería (around 60 min. away) airports. In the area youll find picturesque cities such as Mojacar, Aguilas, Cuevas del Almanzora (with a brand new golf course, Desert Springs), Lorca, Murcia, Vera with a large water amusement park, Almería and Granada. The Sierra Nevada is just a short ride for those who want a nice combination of sea and sand. There are also tennis courts, a petanque terrain, bicycle rental and a playground.

This detached holiday home is 500m from the beach. It is in the centre of the residential area of Retamar, 18 km from Almeria. The home is 200 m2. You’ll find a shopping centre, various restaurants, a doctor and a pharmacy in the area. There is a golf course nearby. The holiday home is in enclosed grounds of 1100 m2 with a drive for cars.
The home has two floors. The living room, dining room and sitting room are divided over two levels with a small difference in height. Glass doors lead onto the terrace at the back of the house. There are stairs to the garden from the terrace. Every bedroom has a wardrobe.
