For the more active there are a number of golf courses and riding stables close by along with other sporting activities. It is also perfect and ideally suited for just getting away and relaxing. The nearby villages of Enstone and Middle Barton provide all the amenities most require including post office, shops and the obligatory village pubs serving a variety of different fayre.

It is approximately 3 miles from Chipping Norton and less than 20miles from Oxford, which can be reached by train from Charlbury station, itself only 3 miles away. There are many attractive walks from the town, including the Cotswold Way, which passes the historic Sudeley Castle. Cheltenham and the villages of Broadway, Stow-on-the-Wold and Moreton-in-Marsh are also just a short distance away.
The cottage is very comfortable, being centrally heated, well equipped and attractively decorated throughout. The lounge has a wood burner and two double sofas, a television and video, and a radio / CD player. Downstairs there is also a dining room, a bathroom and a well equipped kitchen including a washing machine and microwave. Upstairs there are two bedrooms, each with a double bed - the Master bedroom has a shower room adjoining.
