Cosy stone walled and thatched detached cottage in the heart of this pretty village on the edge of the Cotswolds. Very quiet location away from roads with private off-road parking.
There is a comfortable sitting room with uninterrupted views across the garden and onto open countryside. The cottage is completely open-plan with a spiral staircase (not safe for toddlers) to the twin bedroom. There is an additional double bed-settee although the cottage would be cramped with more than two adult guests. The kitchen is simple but fully equipped for self-catering with an electric hob, fridge and microwave. The toilet and shower room is downstairs. Electric heating is provided at no additional charge.
No smoking is allowed inside this property.

| CINQUEFOIL COTTAGE, Blockley Moreton in Marsh Sleeping up to 4 people
Blockley is about 3 miles from Chipping Campden & 4 miles from Moreton-in-Marsh. Cinquefoil Cottage is situated three from the end of a terrace of cotswold stone cottages built for the silk workers in 1850. It overlooks a lovely valley & has wonderful views from all windows.

The large kitchen/diner has an electric stove with 4 hot plates and grill. The door leads out to the garden which has two patios, chairs and a small table.
Places to visit: Sezincote house and gardens and Batsford Arboretum are nearby; also do not miss market day in Moreton every Tuesday.

Lechlade is superbly situated for access to the Cotswolds,
Cirencester, Cheltenham and Oxford.
Peacefully set at the end of a short footpath and hidden away from the road and passers-by is this old Cotswold stone cottage, part of which is thought to date back to the 1500s: it is in a
conservation area in the heart of this historic village.
Conveniently within 200 yards of the village shops, pubs,
restaurants and the river and there are picturesque walks
from the cottage by the river and to the nearby wildlife reserve.

The cottage, which sleeps 2/4 people, is situated in Lower Oddington close to the town of Stow-on-the-Wold. A period cottage which has been owned by the same family for nearly 100 years.
The Fox Inn is close by, with the Horse and Groom Inn situated approximately 15 minutes walk away, in Upper Oddington. Nearby is situated the C11th church of St. Nicholas which is adjacent to ancient woodlands. The village has a public phonebox.
The patio garden is furnished with a wrought iron table and chairs, and a water feature.

| LANCE COTTAGE, Hawkesbury Sleeping up to 4 people
Nestling at the foot of the Cotswold escarpment above the Vale of Berkeley and the River Severn, Lance House is a perfect base for touring the South West.
The Cotswold Way runs nearby, and there are many footpaths from your doorstep.
Ancient woodlands join the open Common by which Lance Cottage is situated. The cows that graze the Common in the summer are joined by deer, foxes and badgers. In May nightingales can be heard from the bedroom windows. Owls regularly hunt on the open Common, and skylarks, cuckoos and woodpeckers nest nearby. Rare flora are to be found a stones throw away.
There are many National Trust properties in the area as well as sleepy hamlets, antique shops, stately homes and crafts centres to explore.

| WOODBINE COTTAGE, Donnington Sleeping up to 4 people
Woodbine Cottage lies in the idyllic Cotswold hamlet of Donnington, beautifully set in the glorious countryside of an 'Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty' and within a conservation region. Totally unspoilt and peaceful, Donnington retains the charm of English village life, and is one mile from the famous market town of Stow-on-the-Wold, and close to the quintessential English villages of Bourton-On-the-Water, the Slaughters and the Swells.
Woodbine cottage is a Grade II listed building, being of historical and architectural interest. Built of local stone, with a traditional stone-tiled roof, parts of the cottage date from the 17th century and the rest from the 19th century.
The area is rich with historic attractions, such as Blenheim Place at Woodstock and Warwick Castle. Shakespeare's Stratford-Upon-Avon is 18 miles away, and Cheltenham Spa with its famous racecourse only 21 miles. Oxford, Bath and Cirencester are also easily reached.

Mill Wheel Cottage, which formerly housed the water wheel, is an annexe to the main Mill House. Overlooking the mill stream, it has been renovated to a very high standard to enhance the beauty of the original beams of the working mill. It is personally supervised by Sheila and Martin Nichols who will ensure a most comfortable stay for their guests.
In the heart of a beef and sheep farm bordering Oxfordshire and Northamptonshire, it is ideally placed for visiting the Cotswolds, Blenheim Palace, Woodstock, Oxford and Stratford. The M40 motorway makes easy access to London and Birmingham.
