Located in Allithwaite, in the stunning Cartmel Peninsula, it is only 8 miles from Lake Windermere and a scenic lakeside run from Bowness-on-Windermere and the heart of the Lakes. Alternatively, walk to Cartmel and its famous Priory, east to Edwardian resort Grange-over-Sands or west to award-winning Holker Hall. All this and a pub with open fire down the road!

It is situated just 3 miles from the foot of Windermere just off the main A590 and superbly positioned for major tourist attractions in the South Lakes area.Haverthwaite Steam Railway is directly across the road. The South Lakes Wild Animal Park, Aquarium of the Lakes and Grizedale Forest Visitor Centre are all within easy reach.
The Anglers Arms is only 100 yards away and serves excellent food together with cask conditioned ales. The Steam Railway also serves a range of excellent food including breakfast and is just across the road.
The bungalow is very spacious sleeping up to 7 <B>discounts available for smaller group bookings.</b>
Heights View offers 1 king, 1 Triple, and a bunk room. In addition there is 1 large bathroom with shower over bath, a lounge, a second lounge, dining kitchen, conservatory with additional dining area.

"Falklands" is a 300 year old detached farmhouse, enjoying a peaceful and secluded location at the end of a country lane, in the Hamlet of Smardale.
Set in half an acre of carefully landscaped grounds, there are stunning views of Smardale Fell to the rear, and direct access to open country. The coast to coast pathway is less than a mile away, and there are numerous other paths and trails in the vicinty. This spot really does offer a wealth of walking, right from the front door.

This is the ideal base to explore the Lake District with the three hightest mountain peaks in England, Scafell, Skiddaw and Helvellyn, within easy reach. The area boasts many activities available throughout the year including walking, climbing, mountain biking, golf, sailing or fishing. Why not take a trip on the Keswick Launch or stroll around the many parks and gardens.

Situated in the peaceful and picturesque village of Dufton in the Eden Valley, Midtown Farmhouse in a grade II listed Traditional Westmorland
Longhouse. We have carefully restored it to retain original features such as the huge fireplace in the lounge, the oak shutters and beams and even the original stone pantry. The accommodation is very spacious and
well equipped, with luxury kitchen and bathroom fittings, including 2 corner baths. Larger parties can be catered for by combining with The Dairy, across the courtyard.
The location is perfect for a relaxing break or for visiting the many attractions in the area. Gentle walks or cycling are available from the doorstep, as well as more strenuous hikes in the Pennines, the Lakes or
the Yorkshire Dales. The local pub is within a minutes walk and serves good food too!

The house itself offers splendid living for up to 10 people - ideal for a large family, two families sharing or a get together of friends. The large garden behind Little Parrock is perfect for pets, children or late night barbeques.
Grasmere is probably one of the Lake District's most popular villages thanks to William Wordsworth who lived here at the turn of the 19th Century. The village itself has plenty of shops to provide for your everyday need, and it is well known for its gingerbread and fine food. There are many places in and around Grasmere where you can enjoy a meal out or simply sup a leisurely pint after a long day's walking, biking or simply relaxing.
Around Grasmere lake there are plenty of gentle walks for those preferring lower ground, or why not take a rowing boat out to visit the island. For a greater challenge, Little Parrock is centrally situated for taking on the craggy peaks of Scafell, Helvellyn, Skiddaw and the Langdale Pikes.

Located on the Lake District Peninsulas, Dolphin Cottage is an historic former fishermans home in the ancient village of Flookburgh near Grange Over Sands. The sands of Morecambe Bay are less than a mile away and the Southern end of Lake Windermere is just 6 miles away. Flookburgh is a working village with its own corner shop, pharmacy, fish and chip shop, speciality butcher and 2 pubs. There are numerous cafes/pubs and restaurants within 2-3 miles, The Pheasant Inn in the neighbouring village of Allithwaite is highly recommended for traditional fayre.
