Oxenlears is a beautiful, spacious 19th century farmhouse
set in its own grounds on the edge of the peaceful village
of Kilmington in East Devon Area of Outstanding Natural
Beauty. It is 6 miles from Lyme Regis and 2 miles from
the popular market town of Axminster.
The house has a large enclosed garden, private woodland,
skittle alley/games barn and superb views across the Axe
Valley towards the sea. The river Axe is 200 metres from
the house.
Oxenlears has many original features including an
inglenook fireplace and flagstone floors and has been
renovated to a very high standard.

Nestling on a southerly slope, the cottages are set around a cobbled yard and pond. It is in easy reach of Exmoor with its wild ponies, deer and sheep, plus the rugged north coastline with its dramatic cliffs or the long sandy beaches of the west coast.
Our aim at Collacott is to provide a relaxed and informal atmosphere, whilst offering plenty to keep children and the more active holiday maker occupied.
