Two properties, in a beautifully sheltered and secluded spot in the Upper Tamar Valley, near the Eden project, Bodmin Moor and Dartmoor, half an hour from the coast.
Set in grounds of 13 acres, with an outdoor heated swimming pool (34'x16'), gamesroom (pool, table-tennis, darts). A small lake has a boat. Pallastreet is near good pubs, shops and supermarkets, with easy access to A30.
Pallastreet, a listed C17th, 6 double bedroomed Farmhouse, is large and very comfortable, 2 sitting rooms, farmhouse kitchen, 3 bath/shower rooms.
Recently converted 2 double bedroomed Linhay, attractive and airy, has a four-poster bed, 2 bath/shower rooms, and a large open-plan living room upstairs.
Both are very well-equipped plus books and games.

Part of our Farmhouse dates back to 16th century, it is spacious and full of character with inglenook fireplaces, beams, stripped wood and slate flagged floors. Wake up to birds singing and rolling Devon countryside, go for a wander through our fields or walk through the country lanes with their pretty flower filled hedgerows. Make your way to nearby Bude with its breath taking scenery and surfing beaches. Explore the surrounding countryside, coast and moors or take a trip to Eden or Clovelly.

| LAMBSIDE HOUSE, Carswell

Cottages - We are organic dairy farmers on the South Devon coast and have four holiday cottages on the farm which are all within easy walking distance of the coastal path and a lovely beach. The vast empty wilderness of Dartmoor is also within sight and is a paradise for walkers, cyclists and horse riders.
Our cottages have rural views and secluded gardens, central heating and log fires. Kitchens are well equipped with all mod cons and we put some fresh organic milk in the fridge for your arrival. We even stock up the freezer with a supply of our organic Well Hung Meat Company meat - just help yourself and leave the money in the honesty box.
There are beautiful beaches nearby such as Mothecombe Beach which has over a hundred acres of sand at low tide. Dartmoor and the beaches are just as spectacular in winter, when they provide exhilarating moorland rides or dramatic coastal walks.
There are a number of good restaurants and traditional pubs nearby, particularly in the pretty village of Holbeton, or in Newton Ferrers and Noss Mayo which nestle either side of the Yealm estuary just over a mile away. Whatever the weather, there is always plenty to do.

This spacious, family friendly house is conveniently
located in Teignmouth town centre between the river beach
and sea front. The house comprises of accomodation set
over 3 floors and is built on level ground making it
easily accessible to wheelchairs and prams. The property
comfortably sleeps 16 people and offers 3 bathrooms (2
ensuite) and plenty of relaxing space. At the heart of the
property is the newly refurbished kitchen and dishwasher,
microwave and fan oven. There is a separate utility area
with a washing machine and dryer. Off street parking is

<B>Beautiful 5 bed roomed country house set in 1.5 acres with magnificent views over woodlands and valleys to the sea.</b> Local beaches. Near Tarka Trail. Easy access to Dartmoor and Exmoor. Woodland walks, cycling, golfing and fishing. Local attractions include "The Milky Way", and "Big Sheep". 2 miles from Bideford, Westwood Ho with 2 miles of golden sandy beaches and the North Devon Golf Club is 6 miles away. "The Milky Way" and "The Big Sheep" are close by and make good family days out. RHS Rosemoor Gardens at Torrington is 6 miles away.
Internally the house is very attractive, spacious and well equipped. Externally there are large lawns, flower and kitchen gardens. Also there is an adjacent bungalow (sleeps 4) for extra accommodation if required.
Discounts for couples and smaller parties outside of main holiday weeks. Also weekends/short breaks for special occasions. Open all year.
