| TAW, Great Torrington Sleeping up to 4 people
Our two holiday cottages, Taw and Torridge, have been converted from the old shippon.
Taw is the smaller of the two looking onto the fields. It is very open plan, light and airy with a small south facing patio to sit and relax or just enjoy the view.
Torridge has a downstairs bedroom which is suitable for those with walking difficulties or those who use a wheelchair. It has an en-suite shower/wet room and a door out onto the south-facing patio. The lounge also has a ramp from the patio doors to the patio. The second bedroom also has an en-suite shower room.
Good food and arts centre (brochure available) within walking distance. Ideal for exploring the North Devon coast, Exmoor and Dartmoor, and ancient borough of Barnstaple Nearby are also excellent leisure facilities including Golf, Quadbikes, Paintball and Swimming and coarse and sea fishing.
Barn conversion comprising two
cottages, one with disabled access. Both have central heating, a well equipped kitchen, lounge with sofa bed and tastefully furnished throughout.

<B>Beautiful 5 bed roomed country house set in 1.5 acres with magnificent views over woodlands and valleys to the sea.</b> Local beaches. Near Tarka Trail. Easy access to Dartmoor and Exmoor. Woodland walks, cycling, golfing and fishing. Local attractions include "The Milky Way", and "Big Sheep". 2 miles from Bideford, Westwood Ho with 2 miles of golden sandy beaches and the North Devon Golf Club is 6 miles away. "The Milky Way" and "The Big Sheep" are close by and make good family days out. RHS Rosemoor Gardens at Torrington is 6 miles away.
Internally the house is very attractive, spacious and well equipped. Externally there are large lawns, flower and kitchen gardens. Also there is an adjacent bungalow (sleeps 4) for extra accommodation if required.
Discounts for couples and smaller parties outside of main holiday weeks. Also weekends/short breaks for special occasions. Open all year.

| SUNRISE COTTAGE, Upottery Sleeping up to 4 people
Courtmoor Farm is set in 17 acres of gardens, grounds and woodlands only 4 miles from Honiton. The driveway which is 1/3 mile long is accessed from the A30 road. It is in an idyllic position with breathtaking views of the Otter Valley.
The village of Upottery has a church and a pub (the Sidmouth Arms) and is a five minute drive.
All guests are encouraged to make use of the grounds and facilities available.
Courtmoor Farm is ideally placed for moor or coast and provides an ideal base for exploring.
There is a fitness suite and four person sauna which is open daily and free to guests. Only guests over the age of 16 can use the exercise equipment.
There is a children’s play area. A barbecue is available for hire.

2 Cottages - These lovely old stone cottages have considerable rustic charm and have shared use of a walled garden. The countryside that surrounds them is totally unspoilt and there are many superb walks that start from the doorstep.
Dartmoor, Exmoor, old castles, country houses and indeed both of Devon's coasts are within easy reach. Golf, fishing and riding are available locally. The sleepy village of Morchard Bishop is 2 miles away and its facilities include a blacksmith, shops on the green and an old coaching inn.

Wheatland Farm is a peaceful haven for families, dog owners, walkers, cyclists, and nature lovers.
There are superb local walks and cycle-rides, and excellent fly and coarse fishing nearby. Our own ponds offer carp (kids under 15 can fish the stocking pond for free). Youngsters love collecting eggs, cycling the long drive, playing volleyball/badminton and exploring our 21 acres of wildlife-friendly farmland and SSSI nature reserve.
Borrow a ‘farm bike’ or hire mountain bikes. There’s a bike lock-up and shared laundry room. All our accommodation has 100% renewable energy and recycling facilities. We offer free pick-up from nearby Eggesford Station

| LITTLE NOD, Welcombe Sleeping up to 4 people
The beach, which is sandy, with pebbles and rock pools, is a mile and a half away, where there is a small free car park. Welcombe is a village on the North Devon/Cornwall border. Popular with walkers, surfers and families, visitors return year after year to enjoy the peace, quiet and natural beauty of the area. There is a large nature reserve nearby, as well as the coast path. The wooded coombes and sunken leafy lanes are crowded with primroses in Spring.<p>Little Nod is situated on a small, secluded site of 12 bungalows behind a thatched pub :- The Old Smithy Inn, which has an open fire in wintertime, serves excellent food, real ales and good wines.
There is a village shop/post office and a pottery. There are other pubs and shops in nearby villages and Bude is about 20 minutes away by car. Aromatherapy available in the village.
Local attractions include "The Milky Way", "The Big Sheep", "Killarney Springs", Docton Mill Gardens, Hartland Abbey, Dartington Crystal and Rosemoor RHS Gardens. Dartmoor, Bodmin and Exmoor are all easily reached for a day, as are Eden and Heligan. |  | | Click photos for details |  |
