The properties are situated 1 mile from Bridford and 1 mile from Christow in the Teign Valley just inside Dartmoor National Park and in close proximity to many tourist destinations and facilities for walking, golfing, fishing, birdwatching and riding. The nearest beaches are Dawlish, Dawlish Warren and Teignmouth which are only 30 minutes drive away or further afield are Sidmouth, Budleigh Salterton, Exmouth or the South Hams.

3 Cottages - Combe Farm is a 16th Century farmhouse in the heart of the village, opposite a weeping willow over the village stream.
APPLETREE and MISTLETOE converted cottages, face west with garden next to orchard. THE HIDEWAY , an annexe of the farmhouse, offers tiny but charming accommodation (with spiral staircase and internal balcony!) to couples or singles (not suitable for babies or pets).
Walking distance to World Heritage Jurassic Coast, S.W. coastpath, sea, river and 2 pubs in pretty Devon village at the peaceful end of the Lyme Regis - Axmouth 'Undercliff'. Unique tramway through the Axe estuary nature reserve. Fossils at Lyme and Charmouth, antiques in Honiton, Beer Quarry caves. Stained glass workshops, Spiral sanctuary with library/healing/meditation facilities, apple juice making and maypole dancing.

Situated only ten minutes' drive from Barnstaple and twenty minutes' drive from the coast, Lower Hearson Farm provides an ideal base from which to explore the many delights of North Devon, including Lynton & Lynmouth, Clovelly, Tarr Steps, the Tarka Trail, Rosemoor and Marwood Gardens, the Cobbaton Combat Collection and the nearest beaches of Saunton Sands and Croyde. There are many other attractions and things to do in the area.
Our five holiday cottages are surrounded by two acres of gardens, making this a very safe place for children. Guests share use of our 38’ x 16’ heated (from March to end of September), covered swimming pool, which has a depth of 3-5 feet. There is also a games room with table tennis, pool table, darts and football table. Garden furniture and barbecues are also provided.

Grade II Listed, 16th Century cottages set in the grounds of Claw House with their own gardens and off-road parking.
Claw House is a family-run small holding which provides Bed and Breakfast Farmhouse accommodation.
We grow our own fruit and vegetables and keep sheep, pigs, geese and chickens along with our own friendly pet ponies, cats, dog and rabbits.
Cottage guests can also enjoy the grounds of Claw House with its garden, woods, orchard and babbling brook.

Harleyford Cottage is set in delightful, rural surroundings in the heart of the Otter Valley. The cottage benefits from its proximity to the World Heritage Jurassic Coast and within the East Devon area of Outstanding Natural Beauty.
Although it is located in a very tranquil and secluded area, the regency seaside town of Sidmouth is only a few miles away. A 10 minute drive will take you to Budleigh Salterton and 20 minutes to the sandy beach of Exmouth.
The property has recently been decorated and furnished and includes the use of a patio and bbq. It ideally suits a couple or young family wanting comfortable accommodation in a convenient location in East Devon.

10 Cottages - Widmouth Farm Cottages are an ideal base for exploring Exmoor and the North Devon Coastline on foot or by car. The coastal footpath runs around the edge of the owners' 35 acre property forming part of the 180 mile Tarka Trail. The cottages have been tastefully converted from a round barn, stone barns and workers cottages c.1800.
Attractions within 15 minutes drive include Watermouth Castle (a family theme park) Exmoor Zoo, Exmoor Steam Railway and the Wildlife and Dinosaur park.
For the younger guests there are chickens, ducks, rabbits, guinea pigs, sheep and a tame goat on the farm.

This cosy, beamed, detached cottage, with exclusive use of owner's large heated swimming pool, lies hidden at the end of a private drive.
Set in an idyllic 6 acres of private gardens, orchards and meadows in the unspoilt Blackdown Hills (Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty) with stunning views of the Culm valley and beyond, yet an easy walk from village with Castle, pub, shops and tennis courts.
Upstairs lies a brass, king size bed with white linen sheets. The living room end has a comfortable sofa from where you can enjoy TV and DVD or just gaze out over the pastoral view through French windows.
These open out onto a large southwest-facing balcony, entwined with sweetly scented roses, honeysuckle and clematis. Here is a table and chairs for al fresco dining, shaded by the leaves of a walnut tree. From here, steps lead down to the heated pool and the sheltered south-facing terrace.
Watch white doves fly as you stroll through the beautiful private gardens and orchards or walk across the traditional pasture to the pond to see dragonflies, ducks and geese. Swim, then relax and sunbathe beside the pool.
